A Little Bit of Perfect!

Pictures cannot show how wonderful this house is! We had 15 of us ages 1-73- teens and tweens as well. Appreciated that it was super clean. We had lots of space to spread out with the two living rooms and the porches. It was great having an extra ice maker for our beach cooler as well as two laundry rooms so everyone went home with no laundry to catch up on. The porches were a perfect place to grab a breeze and watch the sunset( or sun rise). We enjoyed a rain storm out there one evening. We appreciated the two dishwashers that made clean up easy after we grilled one night. Checking in and out was simple and when we had a question, the response was immediate . The location was was terrific with the beach on one side and the bay on the other. It made both our swimmers and fishermen happy. Plenty of restaurants and little shops nearby. We had a great stay !

Big Family Vacation

This house was perfect for us. All 18 slept in beds. The ice makers were so convenient. Pickle ball across the street. The beach was a short walk. We ended up renting cornhole boards since there were none there, but not a big deal. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Dream Vacation

We were a family of 13 and the house was perfect for us. Lots of room to spread out. House was super clean with comfortable furnishings. The pool was a huge hit! And the grands hanging out on the dock watching the wildlife was also fun. Would definitely book again!

Relaxing Paradise

We love this property for our family stays! We were in need of a few days away but couldn’t get too far away from home. This was the best staycation! Love the pool and the privacy the house offers. Also, that it’s pet friendly! Also, love the comfortable feel of the house and the views are wonderful! Exactly what we needed!

Above and Beyond

The location of this property was ideal for us because it was quiet and not congested with cars or people. We could enjoy the lagoon and the beach, both at our fingertips. The heated pool was a plus. The large garage was perfect for us because we brought our foldable Brompton bicycles and there was plenty of garage space for them. We loved the large kitchen and ample table space for eating and enjoying games and puzzles. Everyone had a private place to sleep and we enjoyed all the bathrooms.

Spectacular place to stay!!!

Can’t say enough great things about this home- it was even better than the pictures! The location was incredible- very short walk to the beach AND on the lagoon. 180 degree picturesque views of the serene lagoon from huge windows. The beautiful decor, the large open space, the elevator- we didn’t ever want to leave! Being on the lagoon side was ideal- we rented kayaks and were able to keep them on the private dock all week. The kids spent so much time in the private heated pool. We are already making plans to come back!! ❤️

Perfect place and neighborhood

Great place for family Christmas gathering!

Our large family stayed here for the Christmas holiday and it was a great space for us. The location was great, large comfortable living spaces, easy access to the beach and nature trails, and everyone slept comfortably. The elevator was also a plus for elderly family members. The lagoon views were gorgeous and there was great morning birdwatching with a cup of coffee. Property management was easy to communicate with and everything ran smoothly. Also a plus we could bring our furry family members! We will absolutely stay here again.

AMAZING to say the least!!

Book this rental now. The best VRBO I've ever stayed in, hands down. Clean, easy check in and out, private pool, community pool, water on both sides. What else could you want??? Planning to book this again for family vacation in future.

Great Place to Enjoy with a group

The property was great. Located a short walk(100 yards) from the beach and community pool. The private pool and boat house were great as well. Very quiet and private community. The beach was very private. The home was very accommodating for us and we had a total of 19 people. Each of 5 bedrooms had a king sized bed and full bath. The 6th bedroom had large bunk beds that accommodated 4 girls with room to spare. We all agreed that this was the best place we have stayed on the beach.

Family Vacay

We had a large family vacation at this house for 6 days! Everyone had ample room and space for themselves. We loved the private pool and short walk to the beach. The interior decor was beautiful however, the property was not cleaned to our expectations. The floors were full of sand (on both levels) and filthy. We attempted to sweep but there was no dustpan and the vaccuum wasn't working properly. The pool was also dirty the day we arrived but someone came out to clean it over the weekend. Other than the lack of cleanliness, the house is great. *PLEASE NOTE this house in is located in a private neighborhood with a strict HOA. We did have issues with misinformation regarding parking and were charged a $250 fine but it was resolved later in the afternoon.

The house is beautiful and in a peaceful location. Great access to the beach!

This property is perfect for a short or a long getaway for family. We enjoyed the views and the homes many amenities. The home had an elevator to make it easy to load and unload luggage. A great family home! We will be back!

Gulf Shores Getaway

Everything was great except the cable did not work in any of the bedrooms and TV in family rooms would cut off in the middle of your program and came back on a few minutes later. Because we were here to watch the UGA and Michigan game together as UGA alum, my guest were very dissatisfied with the TV situation. However, the home is beautiful and very accommodating. Im sure the TV cable problem has been fixed. We would definitely rent again!

Peaceful Week

Enormous house with all the amenities described in the listing. Things not mentioned online, but noteworthy: they have a ping pong table with paddles and balls; there's a communal tennis court across the street from the house; there's also a community pool; the house is 3 stories, but has its own elevator which makes it easy to load/unload from the car; it's a gated community at the very end of Hwy 182 so there's little to no traffic, other than residents; the beach is a 3 minute walk away and the sunrises and sunsets are stellar from the shore. Things to know BEFORE you book: although VRBO will send you a list of suggested items to bring, you won't get this info until after you reserve/pay. So it may be helpful to know that each bathroom only has 1 roll of toilet paper - you are expected to bring more; same with paper towels, you'll need to bring some if you'll need more than 1 roll. The owners do supply plenty of dish and laundry detergent, but we still brought extra as my wife has an allergy to certain detergents. If you like to cook, you'll need to bring all your own spices, oils, etc - there are none. If you need foil or plastic wrap, bring that, too. And if you want to grill - there is a nice Charbroil on the top deck - you may need to purchase a tank of propane as this is not provided by the owners either. Overall, the property is awesome, quiet, and perfect for a large group or family getaway. And none of the "suggested items to bring" are meant as a complaint from us, just good info to have prior to arrival.

Fabulous house

We all agreed this has been our favorite family beach vacation. The house is in the best location!! The lagoon on one side and the beach on the other. The kids enjoyed fishing on the pier and playing basketball on the court. The space in the home was generous and well equipped. We are already planning for our stay next year. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.
