I’m not normally one to leave negative reviews but I want to warn others so they don’t have the same experience as we did. We arrived to a condo that had not been cleaned. We immediately called and they sent someone to address the issues but after leaving- the only issue they addressed was the unmopped floor. When we asked the cleaning service to address the other issues she said she was not told to address those issues and that she hadn’t brought the proper supplies to do so. The pillows were covered in hair and stains, spilled/dried food in kitchen floors, hair wrapped around the drain in bathrooms, counters were sticky and filthy so we cleaned them off ourselves (mind you this was also in the middle of Covid-19 when cleaning and sanitizing should have been their main concern) There were spots on the comforters so we had to wash them ourselves also. The toilet seats looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, let alone sanitized in months. Also, a roach in the living room floor so it had obviously not been swept. When asked if we could have our cleaning fee back- they refused. Even accused me of not being truthful about the condition of the condo. I then provided pictures to which I was told they were “null and void” by the OWNER of the property, Hunter. Might I add that the owner did not even have the decency to call (even though I kindly requested he call me several times) - instead he emailed me quite a disturbing email accusing me of slander. Save yourself the trouble and choose another property to rent from for your vacation!
