The Space:

La Casita (unit E) is the ideal beach cottage for your next beach vacation to Gulf Shores and the Alabama Gulf Coast.

La Casita is located in one of the area’s newest beach developments, Cottages at Dunes Park, located just one-mile east of The Hangout. Built in 2023, it is the last development before entering the Gulf State Park, which is protected from future development. Cottages at Dunes Park is surrounded by the Gulf State Park to the north, south, and east.

Once in this coastal community, La Casita (unit E) is 5th cottage on the left. Located on the back, west side, La Casita sits directly across from the community pool and offers one-of-a-kind, amazing views of the State Park wildlife preserve. With only 10 cottages in the entire development and being located next to the State Park, the beach and pool will never be as crowded as you will find with a high-density condo complex. While secluded, you are just steps from the beach (directly across the street) and walking distance to Gulf Shores shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This two-bedroom, three full-bath beach cottage has all you will need for the perfect beach getaway. The main level includes the living area, kitchen, dining area, and full bath. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for making meals, complete with will a refrigerator, electric range, drip coffee pot, microwave, and dishwasher. The open floorplan living area has plenty of space for dining, entertaining or just relaxing. The living area has direct access to the spacious outdoor balcony where you may enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee while gazing over the pool, wildlife preserve, and Lake Shelby.

Located on the second level, the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The master bath features a double granite vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a private bath and has two queen beds. The living room has a queen sofa-sleeper making room for up to 8 guests to share this luxurious cottage.

La Casita is located within walking distance, or a very short driving distance, to many of our fantastic dining venues, shopping, grocery stores, entertainment, and so much more.

Other Things to Note:

Beach access is across the street to the west about 100'. It is about a 2 minute walk to get to the beach from the home.



This home does require ability to navigate stairs.



While this development is directly across from the beach, there are 4 other cottages between La Casita and the beach so there is no beach view. But we do offer a beautiful & unique view of the Gulf State Park wildlife preserve and pool.
