  • Welcome to Island Sunrise 464, a comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom condo that sleeps up to five guests. With beautiful Gulf views and a bright, inviting layout, this beachfront retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

    The living room features a large, comfortable sectional, a flat screen TV, and floor to ceiling windows that lead out to your private balcony overlooking the Gulf, the perfect spot to enjoy the view and coastal breeze. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a dining table, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.

    The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, and floor to ceiling windows with direct balcony access. The ensuite bathroom features a shower and tub combination. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin daybed, and a flat screen TV, along with access to a second full bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

    CLEAN BED PROMISE
    Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

    MONTHLY RENTALS
    The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

    PARKING
    One parking pass is included with your reservation. Your parking pass will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

This condo was a great find! Right on the beach and very reasonably priced. A few small things we had issues with was the dryer didn’t seem to dry clothes very well, it took 4 hours to dry a small load, the recliner is electric and didn’t work, we tried messing with it but couldn’t get it to work and the fridge seal was loose but other than that, it was great! There is also chairs and umbrellas in the spare closet which we didn’t know about and wish we didn’t so we wouldn’t have packed all our stuff! Nice place, thanks for having us!

Condo was okay. Condo was a lot smaller than pictures showed. Sand was everywhere upon arrival, in beds and all over couch. Fridge didn’t work for 24 hours ( took 24 hours to cool down) so if you get groceries, make sure you wait a day. A/C unit was monitored so would change after a few hours to 72-75 degrees. The condo was very hot. The pool was disgusting- cloudy, dirty and green. Swim at your own risk. Will not be staying again.

I was disappointed with this condo. Cleanliness upon arrival was unacceptable and apparent the unit had not been dusted in quite some time. Furnishings appeared worn with several items in poor condition. I had to clean toilets/showers prior to use. Guests shouldn’t be expected to request additional cleaning after arrival, especially after long travel. Some issues noted:- Shower liners worn and moldy; would expect them to be replaced between guest stays. - Tubs did not drain properly, filling with water during showers. - Washer had a very strong, unpleasant odor. I understand front-loaders can smell, but this was particularly bad. - Dryer did not function properly. I tried multiple settings, but it repeatedly shut off, leaving me unable to do laundry during our stay. - Garbage disposal made a loud screeching noise when running making unusable.- Refrigerator seal would not stay in place. - The pool was green and closed the majority of our stay. Understand this is the property’s responsibility, but seems to be an ongoing issue with this facility. Rugs/mats throughout the condo would have been helpful given the amount of sand being tracked inside.I understand normal wear and tear, but the combination of cleanliness and maintenance issues were disappointing and negatively impacted our stay. I would strongly recommend that the cleaning company’s work be reviewed and that the maintenance concerns be addressed before the property is rented to future guests.
