Great beach view. Easy access to parking. Elevator access to all floors. Carts were available to transport luggage, supplies, etc. from parking lot to the condo. Condo was roomy and comfortable.The big negatives were the television service was terrible. Dish Network was constantly freezing and buffering and we had to re-boot the Dish box constantly, especially the bedroom with the Gulf view. Also the TV’s didn’t get all of the same channels. Family room no Fox, ABC, CBS while bedroom did. Another bedroom the maintenance guy couldn’t get the TV to work at all. In addition the cleanliness was a question mark. When we arrived the bathroom by kitchen had the sanitary paper band on toilet but toilet bowl had yellowish brown water in it. It took a couple flushes to clear it out. I pulled the toilet tank lid off to look in tank and the tank and under side of lid was covered in black mold. Walking on the laminate floors with socks on and our socks got filthy. We didn’t bring the dirt in. Never walked on the beach and our shoes were always on pavement. Dishwasher top rack is adjustable but wouldn’t hold level with light dishware in it so it gets in a bind and wouldn’t pull out or push in. I had to put it back into the track to get it out. Only used it one time to make sure dishes, glasses and silverware we used were actually clean.

Awesome balcony and view

Perfect for a family getaway. One of the main reasons we chose this condo was because of the balcony and it didn't disappoint. Great communication from the rental management company. Parasailing right there on the beach.

Wonderful trip

Very pleased with the property in every aspect. Wonderful location, very clean and well kept, excellent communication, and the family loved the security guard (Joe). Would definitely recommend to anyone and would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful family friendly condo!

This condo far exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely beautiful and was very clean. Comfortable furniture, beds, and the convenience of the full kitchen was great with a family. The large corner balcony was where we spend so much time though! The rental company texted me daily to check in and was very responsive. Ike’s rentals were available to set up chairs and umbrellas daily at the facility. Highly recommend this unit and know we will be back!

Easy beach access

The condo was exactly as listed and clean. The only thing missing were pot holders which we didnt need until the last day. The beds were decently comfortable and the showers were nice. Everyone at the condo was very nice and helpful. The elevators were fast 99% of the time. The boardwalk to the beach was short and didnt have any stairs to navigate, making it easy to get your beach stuff set up. We had a great time with no worries.

Upscale and gorgeous balcony views

This condo far exceeded our expectations, the kitchen had every pot, pan and dish needed. The furnishings were plentiful and comfortable. And those views from the balcony are gorgeous at sunrise and at sunset.

Beautiful Condo

This property was one of the best condos I've ever stayed at. It was 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view of the beach was beautiful and Ms Julie from Bender was a sweetheart. I will most definitely be renting this property again.

Dreamy week on the beach!

Our stay here was amazing. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. There was plenty of space for lounging, playing games, enjoying the balcony, and making meals. It was very family friendly, no loud or rowdy guests, even with the music festival going on during the end of our stay. Even the beach out front was less congested than others along the stretch. May is my favorite time to visit the Gulf. Perfect balance of water quality and temps.

Great Place

Excellent location and beautiful place. Wish the pool would’ve been heated. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towel as you get one roll of each. Bring your own condiments for the kitchen including basics like salt and pepper. Overall, loved it and would definitely come back.

Great place with a great view

The unit was very clean, nice appliances, very comfortable beds and had a great view! I’ve stayed at island royale a couple of years ago and they have really updated the building since then. New paint, added a kiddie pool, updated the elevators! Highly recommend this condominium and this unit!

1st time at Island Royale

We enjoyed our time at Island Royale. Being right on the beach was super!! We were afraid this would be a noisy place, but we never knew there was even more condos above us, beside us and under us. Having 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms was awesome.

Definitely coming back

Easy process to book the property. The photos were spot on. Bender Reality was great about staying in contact with us and walking us through, beginning to end, including inclement weather warnings. And of course, the ocean, the and sand, our spacious and very comfortable condo!!
