The house had everything we needed other than a golf cart. We chose not to rent one because of the price. Other than that, it was a great stay. The out pool area is super nice and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for our family. Will stay here again. Leslie was pleasant to deal with!

We loved staying at By the Sea! The pool was the icing on the cake, but we also appreciated that there were books, games, pool toys, and lots of things for the baby that we didn't have to pack. Communication with the hostess was fantastic, and she responded immediatly every time. We were close enough to the beach to hear the waves every day, and also close.to several great restaurants in the area. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Five stars! Thank you!

We loved the house and the private pool. The location was great, and would recommend renting a golf cart for the beach. Overall, we would defiantly recommend this house to our family and friends for their next vacation.

Our only complaint was the ease of beach access. It is a very long walk down 3 streets to access the only entry point for the neighborhood, and nowhere to park if you choose to drive. The walk is very challenging with small children. Other than that the house was beautiful and clean, we loved the pool, and the host was very responsive.

This house is beautiful, well-maintained, very clean and the bed was so comfortable that we plan on buying one. The pool is the gray pool we have ever had in a rental and perfect for little ones. The communication with Leslie was better than any other communication I have had with an owner. Absolutely, without a doubt would stay here again! Thank you, Leslie!

This is a great house and great location! Our family absolutely love everything about it. Was so glad they had the pool--had some great family time in there!! Kids do wish the internet worked a little better but I have to imagine with 12 people trying to connect its difficult anywhere. We loved that we were 15-20 minutes from all the business of the gulf shores area. It was nice have the great white sand beach that was only for the homeowners there. The beach was only .4 mile away. We just walked with wagons or drove there and dropped off beach gear vs getting a golf cart. We were not directly on the beach and even a few rows back but still have ocean views from deck. Would definitely stay there again!

Leslie was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process, from the time we booked and during our stay. There were a couple maintenance issues upon arrival, but she was very quick to take care of them. The house is a little bit of drive from the beach, but nothing that is too far, and the views from the decks are still lovely and peaceful. The kitchen is well-equipped and we were able to make many great meals for a larger family. The only thing I would suggest would be a deeper cleaning between guests. Some of the bathroom sinks had not been cleaned and a couple of the floors needed to be swept. We also found trash under some beds. A good dusting was definitely needed, too. Overall, a nice vacation home!

We had a great time at this home! We stayed with 3 other families so it was a little tight quarters, but we made it just fine. A golf cart is definitely needed for going back and forth from the beach. Ft. Morgan is so quiet and this home felt really secluded. We loved it! Leslie was amazing to communicate with and would definitely stay here again!!

This place was amazing. Our first traditional family Thanksgiving gathering. Perfect location right off the breach. Very close walking distance. Local restaurants near especially Village Hideaway about 2 miles really great staff and food Thanks Leslie the host For making our holiday a success.

This home has all the space you could possibly need, plus some. Home was very clean and well equipped. Neighborhood was quiet. A decent walk to the beach but the views from the home were amazing.

This home was perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and the sand wagons were a great addition. I wish the neighborhood would supply a beach access on that side but that is not the hosts fault. She was very kind and quuck to respond to our questions.

We had such a good week full of great memories! The pool was great for the kids, lots of beach toys and wagons for our use. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. We did it with 6 kids under 7 and had no issues. The house was very comfortable and enough room for all 10 of us. 10/10 recommend.

The house was not only clean, but stocked with anything you could possibly need. I would recommend renting a golf cart....especially if you have old knees 😉.
