This is the dream beach vacation stay you've been looking for! 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath with two additional private outdoor showers! Our amenities are second to none. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, life jackets, a paddleboard, beach cruiser bikes, a two-person kayak and many more treasures you'll see when you come! Our access points are incredible. We are not only a second-tier property that is a couple hundred feet away from the beach, but we are literally a 5 minute walk from a St Andrews Bay Launch point! The bay has tons to explore and lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery in addition to being a great fishing spot. The family friendly neighborhood beach has gorgeous white, extremely soft sand and beautiful views. If you are looking for somewhere you can visit with family, friends and well-behaved fury buddies to build core memories, look no further!

The beach house was renovated with a focus on creating a higher end experience with updated fixtures, themed rooms, wall murals and luxury bathrooms throughout. Comfortable rugs and higher end mattresses of varying firmness levels allows for a great recovery after a demanding day at the beach. The love and focus put into designing the large outdoor entertainment area will show as you enjoy the outdoor games, comfortable seating area, multiple swings and hammocks, our beach and boat room as well as our large flat-top grill and eating areas. We even have outdoor showers (2) as well as a bathroom outside of the main dwelling for convenience.

Outside of the obvious benefit of being close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, this property is within a ten-minute drive of the Fort Morgan State Historic Site, Dauphin Island Ferry, Boat Launches and Marinas, Resorts, High End Steakhouses, fun Seafood Restaurants, Hiking trails and many other points of interest. The wildlife around us is awesome; sea turtles, four different species of crab, pelicans and tons of fish to name a few. So many fish, that people "surf fish" directly from Ft Morgan beach and have lots of success!

Palm Tree Master Bedroom / Bath:
Ocean view when you wake up, gorgeous full wall mural with a visage of a steep mountain overlooking turquoise waters, Sealy Posturepedic Plus King sized mattress, seating bench, new fixtures and lighting and an adjoining luxury tiled bathroom. Awesome master suite.

Beach & Lighthouse Room:
King sized Stearns & Foster high end mattress with Bay Views and an incredible beach and sunset full wall mural make this secondary King bedroom awesome. It is a larger room and has a desk area for remote work with a view of the Bay if needed. Updated fixtures and lighting throughout.

Mermaid Room:
Bay view with painted accent ceiling and high end seashell light fixtures set the tone with Mermaid décor and a Serta Premium Queen-sized mattress along with a Queen over Queen bunkbed and a TV and toys if you bring younger kids.

Crab Room:
Ocean view with a private door out to the deck and an adjoining door to the master suite. Serta Perfect Queen bed with updated fixtures and overhead fan. Smaller room, but AWESOME view and great access point out to the deck.

Sea Turtle Room:
Two queen beds (Beautyrest / Serta) with an incredible view of the Bay, updated fixtures, furnishings and a beautiful accent wall and decorations.

Brand New Interior Bathrooms & Outdoor Facilities:
All three of the bathrooms in the main house are brand new with a variety of luxury tiles, fixtures and vanities. Beautiful and classy and just what you need after a long day in the sun. The bathroom in the entertaining area outside has a sink, mirror and toilet and there are two outdoor showers as well.

Kitchen / Family Room:
Renovated kitchen and appliances with stone countertops, integrated light show and blue tooth speaker, large solid wood tables, ocean view (of course!) 75" smart TV, comfortable couches, unique fun lighting fixtures and a Queen-sized pull out couch.

-Outdoor Entertainment Areas, Proximity to the Water-
As mentioned above, the outdoor, covered entertainment area is awesome. Lots of outdoor games like ladder golf, cornhole etc. as well as an eating area, barbeque and small mini-bar area. Additionally, a larger lounging area with swinging hammocks and chairs and outdoor fans makes this space so relaxing and refreshing. Other amenities can be found in the storage closet (bikes) or the board room (kayaks, paddleboard, beach supplies etc.) and we even have a large custom cart with sand tires to make your small 1-2 minute walk to the beach even easier.

Being a second-tier property, you can still see and smell the ocean as well as feel the breeze but there is something unique about this particular location on the Ft Morgan Peninsula. Because it is the most narrow part, you also only have a 1-minute drive / 5-minute walk to a sand boat launch on the Bay, so lots of water access points!!

Other Things to Note:
This property includes a laundry room onsite as well as street parking close by, but don't get stuck in the sand! The driveway can fit 4 vehicles comfortably, and maybe 6 if all are smaller vehicles. Also, as long as burn bans have not been issued by the Alabama Department of Conservation (usually in the summer time), you can dig out some sand on the property and enjoy a little cooking fire if you'd like. Just be sure it doesn't become a large bonfire as that is not allowed.

Please be respectful of neighbors when on the grounds and move the party indoors once it gets late or be very quiet after 10:00 P.M.

The Beach:
The beaches are beautiful all along the gulf coast. White powder sand beach with shells and very llittle sea weed unless a large storm comes by. Water quality is very clean in Ft Morgan due to it being less crowded and surrounded by protected environmental preserves but color can change almost daily. It ranges from clear blue to murky sandy colored depending on water current and storms. There is significant wild life in the late summer which can be fun for fishing. We provide vinegar spray for the occasional Atlantic Sea Nettle that frequent the Gulf of Mexico in hotter months. The waves average 2 ft so are great for little children as long as daily Rip Current guidelines are followed.

Pets:
Ft Morgan is a dog friendly beach, as such we allow pets if they are well-trained and sleep in a crate. Puppies are not allowed due to the fact that they can have accidents and cause damage. Well-behaved furry friends will be an extra $60 / night / pet. This is one of the only beaches in this area that allow dogs, so have some fun with them and use our outdoor showers to clean them up prior to letting them back in the house. While we have an enclosed deck upstairs, we do not have a gated area for the dog to run freely and go potty. Accordingly, you will need to be vigilant in walking your dog, cleaning up after them and rinsing off the areas that they use to avoid bad smells.

Guest Access:
You'll be able to access everything onsite with the exception of a few locked closets etc. used by the owner.

Liability Release Agreement:
By renting this property, you agree to release the owner from any liability related to activities at Beach Please to include (but not limited to) biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, boogie boarding. The activities carry their own dangers and are the renters responsibility to keep themselves and those around them safe. The kayak and paddleboards should not be used on the Beach side, they should only be used on the Bay side. Kid
