This is an updated, well-appointed first floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that accommodates 6 guests. Primary bedroom has a queen bed; second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a single twin bed; and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bedroom/bathroom/hallway area has a privacy door to separate them from the kitchen/living area. Private porch with a partial ocean view. The resort amenities include: multiple pools (outdoor and indoor heated pool), tennis courts, shuffle board, basketball, sauna, workout facility, hot tub, and large beautiful white sand beach! Easy walk to the resort beach from this unit. Onsite restaurant located approximately 50 yards from the unit. Kiva Dunes Golf Course located adjacent to the property. Fort Morgan Marina 7 miles away. Fort Morgan Historic Site and Mobile Bay Ferry Ft Morgan Landing are 8.4 miles away. Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation is right here!

* Guest parking - up to 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, basic cable, 2 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor covered porch, community charcoal grill, indoor/outdoor pools.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “single starter pack” of dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, starter toilet paper roll and paper towel roll, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.
*Coin laundry room located on each hallway of the complex (no washer/dryer inside the unit).
* A variety of beach supplies such as beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, umbrella, etc. are available for guest use. Supplies available may vary.
