Great Family Stay!

The unit was clean and nice and spacious enough for 3 families with small children! We loved the splash pad at the property spending our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony! Overall a great stay!

Gulf Shores Seawind

Very nice property. Amenities were great with pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and right on the beach!!! Unit was very nice and well decorated. View of ocean and beach was fantastic!!!

First Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful time. With three little kids the place was very accommodating with the kiddie pool and quick beach access. The condo was very clean and updated. Within walking distance to dinner and shopping. We will be back again.

Loved the view

Had a great time at the condo. We saw dolphins from the balcony and loved that it was right on the beach. My only negative comment would be there were no extra blankets and I get cold easily.

Our fave Gulf Shores stay so far!!

We’ve stayed at 2 other condos in Seawind, all were nice, but this condo was fabulous! Clean, beautifully decorated, perfect air moisture control (our swimsuits and beach towels air dried instead of staying wet the whole trip.) The Seawinds location is the best on the Golf Shores strip if you ask me. Stay here, you will love it!!

Amazing

We stayed in Gulf Shores for our wedding. The condo had amazing views for photos. We loved the beach access and the night walks. We would definitely stay here again. Only down fall is we coukd not locate the linens for the air mattress. But that was the smallest issue. Everything else was fantastic

Summer vaca 2023

Nice property with an amazing view. We saw dolphins from our balcony everyday. The unit was nice and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Check-in stated 3:00 when we booked, the day prior we received a message that a text will come thru when unit is ready, could be between 3:00-5:00. Our unit was ready close to 4:00. For people traveling that really puts a damper on the long travel day. Only two elevators for the condo is a bit frustrating…at times we had to wait 10-20 minutes. Easy beach access, condo was walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Perfect Girls Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time in Gulf Shores! The Condo was perfect! Beautifully decorated, great space, had all we needed! Very Clean, had a wonderful balcony with furniture. Located on the beach, so very easy to just load up and spend the day in the sun. Location could not have been better. We walked to restaurants, bars, and even a grocery and surf store right across the street! Highly recommend this condo!!

Worst Company EVER

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am amazed that Liquid Life wants my evaluation. I would never work with Liquid Life for a rental again. I checked into my condo at the Island Royale on December 28. The bedroom carpet was wet, but I thought it had just been cleaned. Each day the carpet got wetter. I called Liquid Life. The sent workmen four different times when I called: one brought a fan, one lifted up the carpet, they couldn’t find the leak. Liquid Life said it was the Association’s problem. The Association came in and said it was Liquid Life’s problem. I finally said give me my money back or move me after water was splashing when I walked on the carpet. They moved me to the Seawind. Notice until I was angry, they didn’t do a thing other than send workmen would didn’t fix it. Seawind was a nice condo, however the keypad stopped working while I was moving in. After 5 hours, I was brought a key. Again the key pad was the Association’s problem. I was there for 2 months. It was never fixed. I had to use my one key to get in. Next, when I woke in the morning, the battery in the smoke alarm was beeping. The ceiling are about 10 feet and I could not get to it. I called Liquid Life. They sent a workman who changed the battery. Five minutes after he left, all the fire alarms in the condo started going off. It was extremely loud. I called Liquid Life again at 10:30. They said someone would be coming. I called again at 11:00 -same. At 1:00 I called again and said I was leaving. I was told if I left, the problem was mine-they didn’t have a key. I called a few more times. Neighbors were yelling at me. I was told by the manager, Anita that I was rude to her staff. I was really nice for the first 2 1/2 hours. I was upset. Alarms were really loud and could be heard 14 floor down. They offered me $400 but I would have to sign that I wouldn't write a negative review. A honest company would not ask that. I don't have the $400,

Great Long Weekend Getaway

It had everything we needed for our family. The condo was also decorated beautifully. We loved that we could walk to some restaurants and that the beach access was so close. We wish the pools were bigger and that there was another elevator but it didn't damper our weekend. We will be back.

Spring Break 2022

The property was fine, the pool was disappointing. Too many young children in the hot tub. I never a chance to use it. The children were never at the kid pool I would suggest a warm water area for kids. The chair prices were higher than I wanted to pay. No alcohol on the beach was disappointing too. But we made it work. The beds were comfy. Great view!! The ice maker couldn’t keep up.
