Great Honeymoon spot.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at this rental and it was clean with a great view and really close to all the stuff going on. Great stay.

Perfect for family

This was the perfect location for our family (2 adults, a 7 year old, and two 4 year olds). We spent most of our time at the beach and pool and there are a few restaurants close enough to walk to. We would definitely come back again!

Beautiful and clean!

Everything at the Lighthouse property was perfect! Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Plenty of elevators to choose from, and they were super fast. Plenty of parking. The pools and security features were great. We will definitely be staying here again sometime in the future.

Great!

We had a beautiful stay in 713! I was nervous as this was our first VRBO stay. We loved the cleanliness, space and overall “freshness” of the room. The view was wonderful. We also enjoyed the balcony furniture! You won’t regret choosing this condo- highly recommend!

We loved our stay!!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! When we first arrived, one of our toilets was not working properly. I messaged the host and they got it taken care of right away for us. There were little things, sand still on the dining table and the baths were not cleaned very well when we arrived, but everything else was very clean and nice! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great family vacation

The unit was perfect for our getaway (family of 5). However, the second our kids took off shoes in the unit their feet were black. The exhaust fan in the master bath had a work order in but the walls near it were covered in dirty handprints and the dust from the exhaust fan being open and worked on had dust all over the toilet and bathtub. The place could have been cleaner, but overall everything was good.

Perfect location!

We absolutely love Lighthouse Towers. This was our 3rd year going, and we love it even more every year. This particular condo unit was clean, updated, spacious, and the outdoor furniture was the best we’ve had so far. Very sturdy and comfortable, and not cheap. Also, the dressers in the bedrooms were roomy, and all of the drawers worked! (We’ve had issues with tiny drawers before). I highly recommend this unit!

Decent But Basic.

I usually book directly through the condo owner. This time I went through Liquid Life. The condo was fine but very basic. One roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper, one dishwasher pod (we stayed for a week) and not even a salt and pepper shaker. Felt like we were camping when it came to the kitchen. The TV’s are very outdated and SMALL! The one in the living area was maybe 40” and the bedroom sets were too tiny to even bother watching. However, the place seemed clean so that was a plus. Hard to enjoy an evening cocktail on the balcony due to the cockroaches. We’ve stayed at Lighthouse many times over the years and enjoyed much nicer accommodations.

Nice with cleaning issues

The condo was as expected but could have been more clean. The primary bath was full of sand when we arrived and overall cleanliness was not great. Also, they only provide one trash can bag and one dishwasher soap. Concerning that you are to run dirty dishes in dishwasher when you leave but if prior travelers had already used the 1 allowed soap, how would dishes get cleaned? Seems like something not to limit so strictly. (We did ask for more of both and were told no).

Listing on VRBO is deceiving

Several issues with this unit and received NO assistance from Liquid Life. 1) Had issues with door lock upon arrival and thankfully a housekeeper was in the area and was able to assist. Called Liquid Life and no help.2) The furniture is extremely broken down, worn and STAINED!! Called Liquid Life and they came out to take pictures to send to owner and offered to have someone come and clean the furniture. However, we heard nothing back from them regarding this. I placed a comforter from one of the twin beds to place on the couch so we could sit on it. 3) Mattress in the master bedroom was extremely broken down as well with a foam mattress topper placed on it. The bed also squeaks every time you turn over in bed. 4) Guest toilet flushing lever broke and we were unable to flush the toilet so in turn unable to use this toilet. The toilet continued to run trying to fill tank. Called Liquid Life and was told they had no one available to come out and look at it or fix it until the next day. 5) The water heater started leaking water all over the top of the tank and down into the holding pan under the water heater. Called Liquid Life once again and was told they would see if they could send someone out to look at it. Kind of ironic that they had someone able to come look at the hot water heater but not the toilet. The young man that came told me "I'm honestly here only to look at the hot water heater and have nothing to do with the toilet". Many more issues!!
