I have booked this unit for 3 years for my cousins and my mom. The unit is perfect for us and the pool is easy to access. Absolutely love this unit!

The condo is in a great location. You can park on the 3rd floor directly in front of the door which made un loading and loading up the car a breeze. You can walk to a small grocery store across the street. There is an ice machine on the ground floor. There was a dried up contact lens on the night stand which is the reason for the 3 stars on cleanliness, otherwise it was fine. Spacious balcony. One of our guest did try and sleep on the pull out couch, but there were no extra sheets and blankets for it in any of the rooms. Overall the stay was great, beach service was great, I would recommend this condo!

Excellent Property

Condo was clean. The condition of the furniture and appliances was great. The location (close to elevator) was perfect. Received communication from the property manager any time there would be someone coming (pest control, maintenance) so we would know they had been in the room. Overall my family and I had a great time relaxing while also enjoying all the amenities of home. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay

Everything was like the pictures. Had a very nice stay. The only remarks would be the floor wasn't all the way clean and the pool was dirty most days. Could still swim but there were areas you would have to avoid.

Family vacation

The Lighthouse is our favorite building in Gulf Shores. This unit was comfortable but lacked any type of rugs and the floors were not very clean, left socks black on the bottom. Otherwise the unit was fairly clean.

Wonderful!

The best! The location was perfect! The parking deck was a major plus for us. We took our parents and they are both 80+ years old. The fact that they could both get out of our car and walk straight in to the condo was by far the best blessing of this trip. My dad has Parkinson’s plus dementia and cannot walk far and this condo was beyond ideal!! Plus, finding a condo with a walk-in shower (for my father) was a lot harder than I expected! This place was PERFECT! He was able to move around with his walker with complete ease and we were able to place his shower chair in the shower!! And.. despite the balcony being closed because of renovations, he was still able to sit in the room and have an excellent view of the beach!! I have stayed in many, many condos in this area since I was a small child and I must say, this one is by far my FAVORITE!! We will be back and I highly recommend this unit!! Clean.. Spacious.. and perfectly located to all the wonderful things this area had to offer!!

We had a great time during our stay. The place was plenty big for our group. The check in process was good after we figured out where to go on the second floor. It was nice coming when we did. Crowd was very low and it was super easy to get around They only thing we were a little Leary of was the tight Fit getting into parking garage which isn’t the owner’s fault. We made it though. Would be nice if people with bigger vehicles wouldn’t park on the ends so the turns would be a little easier.

Great Stay

First time using VRBO. Had a few questions that property managers answered (even though I realized they were already in a previous email I was sent). Easy check in and check out. Great location. Great beach access. Condo pictures were accurate.

Unlucky

AC unit was out. After 3 days we were invited to move to another property. Didn’t feel like it was worth it. Fridge had condensation all over it. Used wash rags to soak up standing water in the back shelf. Dryer took us 3/4 attempts to dry 3/4 items at a time. Multiple remotes that had bad batteries. Got the feeling no one has been in this unit for a while. Don’t want to rip the owners but don’t want someone else to stay there until those issues are fixed. Frustrating. Stayed at many lighthouse properties, never had this experience. Might have over looked a lot of this if the ac was working. I’ll end on positives. The 3rd floor is perfect. Unit is very spacious. Management let us check in a little early & always answered when we called them.
