After 16 hours on the road with two kids the afterhours arrival packet was not in the lockbox as advised. No parking passes. The condo door code was incorrect. Took over an hour to get ahold of someone to get the correct code. Had to go back to the office the next morning for the packet. Checked it before leaving and once again, someone dropped the ball. Had to go back in for another one. Several hours of our paid vacation were spent fixing their mistakes. No one told us to push zero on the afterhours line, my husband just tried it and it worked. Otherwise, we would not have gotten in the condo. The security guard was amazing and helped us with not getting towed and waited with us while we tried to get a new code. Tv in bedroom was busted, no batteries in remotes, master bedroom fan too loud to use, washer incredibly loud, dryer took two cycles to heat up, master tub drain did not seal, shower sprayed in the middle of the floor, the shower head was loose, guest toilet ran constantly, there isn’t a door lock for the master bath, sofa bed had food crumbs and toys in it. Ironically the cleanliness flyer had someone’s handwritten order on the back from a previous stay. The cleaning crew showed up one hour early and knocked on the door three different times rushing us to leave. They sat outside of the door and knocked every few minutes. The location and pools were good. The view was amazing.
