We had a wonderful time. We had plenty of room, there were beautiful views from all areas of the house. They had 3 refrigerators, with 2 of them being downstairs. The 3 person elevator was definitely a plus. There are no grab bars in the bathrooms, so if you have an elderly person with you, just keep that in mind. There were some minor issues with loose towel bars and a broken shelf in refrigerator, and they were all addressed. The gas grill was not cleaned and it was actually a fire hazard, with flames coming out due to the grease not being cleaned out for a very long time. We think that they need to buy a new grill, as it was falling apart. So if grilling is important to you, make sure you address that with the host. Even with these issues, we would stay again.

No dish towels, some fry pans need to be thrown out we bought one to use,lights need dusting and no shower in one bedroom, but we did enjoy our stay these things would make it perfect.

Amazing Stay!

This house was everything we needed and more! We had 5 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location of the house is further down the strip which was great because it wasn't as populated and it seemed like we almost had the beach to ourselves. It was an awesome stay and we will most definitely stay there again!

Life's A Beach

Property was exactly as advertised and a great spot to enjoy the beach for the week with our extended family. The property manager was attentive and responsive and made the stay very pleasurable. Great place, run by great people!

Family Stay

Our group was comprised of 4 families with a mix of adults and kids. The house is as nice as advertised. The place is in great shape, along with the kitchen being well stocked with needed cooking supplies, etc. The beach was immediately accessible from the back porch. Because the stretch of beach the house is on is only compromised of houses and no condos, there were few people on the beach and we felt as though we had the entire water front to ourselves. The rental was perfect for our stay.

Perfect for us!!

For us, the location was perfect for everything we wanted to enjoy. The house is gorgeous with a fantastic floor plan. We had a 2 year old with us and we spent a lot of time keeping her off the stairs...toddler life! My elderly parents were also with us and the elevator was the only reason they could come, worth every penny!! We are all talking about our next stay here and we just got home. The views are magnificent. The beach is not crowded in this area at all. Would highly recommend!!

Great getaway for our family.

Working with Solux was a great experience. They were always prompt with notifications and any questions I had about the property. Check-in and check-out were amazingly easy. The property had an amazing view and had a spacious living, dining and kitchen. Worked great for our family of 10. We would difinitely use them again.

GAME CHANGING HOUSE!

This is an AMAZING house we really have no complaints about anything! The furniture and appliances are very new and up to date and the decor was nice as well. The beds are insanely comfortable (no box spring so memory foam?) We have a nephew that requires everything handicap accessible due to his medical condition. With that it was a breath of air when him and his wheelchair both fit into the elevator. Most houses that clam to be handicap accessible are not and the elevator is smaller than a broom closet. So again big thank you and shout out to the owners who can claim that statement with confidence. Also there is so much room everywhere and the double garage was also something we have never had on a beach house. The only thing our family would have liked to see was a handicap accessible boardwalk from the hiuse to the beach. The dunes are very steep and have a few turns that is was a little difficult to get onto the beach. Overall our experience was more than pleasant! I would recommend this house to everyone and we hope we get the chance to stay here again!!

What an AMAZING Stay!

This pictures in the listing does not do this house justice. It is far more impressive in person! The elevator is a game changer especially with the kitchen and living room being on the third floor. The communication was great with Polly. Check in and check out was a breeze. I did have to call her on the phone one time to clarify something and she was awesome and a pleasure to talk to. If you're looking for a beach house to take a large family to then this is one you need to look at!

Beach wedding

It was amazing from start to finish. The house is amazing that even has an elevator which came in handy with loading and unloading since the house is three stories and the kitchen is on the top floor most of the bedrooms on the second floor. Only issue we had was with the A/C having a hard time keeping up on the top floor considering the heat at the end of August. It was about 80 degrees on the top floor during the heat of the day. We did not bother messaging because we expected it to be hot.

Life’s A Beach is great for large groups.

Life’s A Beach is great for large groups. The elevator was a godsend. We had the beach to our selves. The first day there was an air conditioning problem and they had a service person there within two hour of notifying the manager on a Friday night.

Amazing beachfront home

Had a wonderful week just steps away from the ocean with plenty of beach space for privacy and games. The home is very well thought out and spacious. The upper level is open concept and perfect for everyone to gather. Has everything one needs in the kitchen and two beach-level refrigerators. Property manager was very timely and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation for the week.

Nice, quiet beach

This house fit our needs well. We had four families with teenagers, and everyone enjoyed their stay. Some fished from the beach, some swam, the adults enjoyed the beach, and all of the teens had fun looking for crabs at night. We found the house to be in pretty much the condition it was listed as and reading the comments helped us know what to expect. The extra refrigerator was helpful for our large group, but there were a few things that should be looked after (not all lights working and railing on balcony). With that said, it was not enough to keep us from renting again in the future. The management team was super helpful and easy to work with. One of the best among my experiences with vacation rentals. Thanks for a relaxing week with my friends!

Nice deck. Easy access to beach. Well equipped condo. Everything work except for the TVs.
