Increíblemente decorada con altos techos altos, 7 habitaciones (más den de arriba con sofá cama) y 6 baños, justo en el Golfo con piscina privada. ¡NO un dúplex, esta increíble propiedad es TODA TUYA! La ubicación no podría ser más perfecta. Está a menos de 2 millas de la autopista 59, tiendas, restaurantes, tiendas, The Hangout, el corazón de Gulf Shores. Sin embargo, lo suficientemente lejos de los condominios y de la autopista 59 para tener privacidad durante su retiro en la playa. One of the best rentals my family has had in the 12 years we have been coming to Gulf Shores. The kitchen was so well organized and complete. The location is outstanding. The house was very well furnished and totally enjoyable.

We stayed here because it hit every age group. Close to restaurants and other attractions. It was fabulous to get our family together for our 50th wedding anniversary.

Ocean view from the east bedrooms. Beds were squeaky on west upstairs area. Cleaning crew had not dusted walls and several light bulbs burned out. A bit disappointed in pool as it was above ground pool with deck.

We had a great stay at the Grand Sand. Lots of beach toys and chairs, great location, and very much enjoyed the layout of the house with the different spaces. Worked out great for our three families and parents!

Turning 80 and 21

Grand Sand Beach House could not have been better for our family of 16! The public spaces were exactly what we needed to celebrate two birthdays and there were great “pod” spaces for sleeping and privacy. The bathrooms were great and well placed! Thank you for an unforgettable celebration vacation!

Great Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Sand! The house fit our needs and it was the perfect location on the beach. Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful spot. The back porch swing was the our favorite spot to relax in the evenings and look at the ocean view. We will be back in the future.

Family Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed the trip! Easy access to the beach. Plenty of refrigerator space for a large group. We did not realize we were booking our stay while the Hangout Music Fest was taking place. Almost felt like we were down there for spring break. Will certainly stay again in the future!
