We enjoyed our mini vacation before Thanksgiving while our daughter played soccer in the state cup in Foley. The weather was beautiful. The condo views were breathtaking, and the condo balcony was a nice place to enjoy coffee in the mornings after a run through the Gulf State Park. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. There was a deck of cards that we played in the evenings. The only downside was that only one elevator was working. I can’t imagine staying on the top floor in peak season even if both elevators were functioning. Wonderful stay!

Nice stay

Excellent communication with host. Elevator situation is less than ideal. Very easy to wait 15-20 mins for an elevator. The splash pad for kids was great. the outdoor pool is very tiny for how many people this building accommodates. Location is great though. Very close to everything and having a store across the street was nice. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great time at Gulf Shores!

Loved the penthouse at SeaWinds! The beach was amazing, the condo was beautifully decorated and close to everything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property directly on the beach. Plenty of seating for our family of 5. We had some water issues with the city, completely out of Yvette's control, but she was very communicative and responsive the entire stay. We will absolutely stay on this property again!

This is our second stay in this condo. It is clean, comfortable, right on the beach, close to lots of activities and food. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend!

Exactly as Advertised!

This is not a property where the listing photos promise more than you actually find. Everything was exactly as pictured and in perfect order! Great location, amazing views. You’ll find nearly anything you need in the kitchen, the beds are perfectly comfortable and (we were there at Christmastime) the elevators were very quick. Parking was easy enough, quite close to an elevator lobby. I hesitate to mention it as it was a minor inconvenience, but there was a very odd odor in the primary closet. Over the course of a few days I emptied a can of febreeze in there and it cleared up. In the mean time I hung my clothes in another closet so, no big deal. My sister and I hosted our local parents to Christmas Eve dinner (bought in from Publix ) and it was a beautiful evening. Great unit and well worth the cost. We would definitely return.

AMAZING!!!!

My husband and I took a short trip to the Gulf and our stay in the Penthouse exceeded our expectations. The king bed was comfortable the pillows were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The decor was like being at home. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about the condo.

Great family vacation

The property was very convenient for local travel. The room was very clean and well laid out for us. Traveling with an infant for the first time made us nervous but everything worked out great. The kiddie pool was awesome and the beach accesses were very convenient for hauling a wagon to the beach. Great vacation all around! The only con I would say is that the parking situation in the garage is quite tight. Other than that if you don’t mind waiting for an elevator ride to get to the penthouse, it’s great!

Amazing room

Everything was great with this condo! The only thing resembling an issue was we felt a little misled by the photographs of the pools. The adult pools were quite a bit smaller than what we were expecting, but we’re used to pretty big pools on our vacations.

Nice space in Seawind

The property is nice and was a good home for us and our two younger kids for a week of fun at the beach. Nice view and great proximity to the beach and fun places to eat within a short walk/drive. The unit was great but the common areas (elevators and pools specifically) could use some TLC. Overall it was a nice stay and I could happily recommend the unit to friends.

Exceeded Expectations

Everything was as outlined online - it is simply stunning. The kitchen is very well equipped - we really could have cooked every meal there but we chose not to!! The Pools are well kept and there are plenty of chairs poolside. There is plenty of parking and our passes were waiting for us when we arrived. The building is well managed and clean and the maintenance people are friendly and helpful. The host is very responsive and has definitely earned 'Premier Host'. I can't say enough good things about this property and the host. We would definitely return.

Great Experience!

Property was conveniently located, extremely clean, and our condo was beautifully decorated. We would stay here again without question. I would definitely recommend building 2 but would steer clear of building 1 we did check it out and I was so very happy we went the PH condo we did.

Awesome Condo!

During a soccer tournament, my daughter and I shared the condo with another player and her mom. Plenty of space and we had an AMAZING view of the beach/gulf. Yvette was great to work with and I will definitely be staying in this condo again.
