We were very pleased with everything. The host checked in with us each day to make sure things were fine. Everything was as it appeared online. Would definitely book again.

Good location, cleanliness standards were subpar.

The location and view was great! The condo is spacious and easily accessible. The cleanliness was not a comparable standard for the price paid for the cleaning portion of the fees included in the rental fee for the week. I spent a portion of my vacation cleaning. The walls looked like an auto mechanic wiped his hands on every one of them. The floor was so gross, we had to wear shoes everywhere until I had time to mop. The mirrors had slobber-looking stuff on them. The middle bedrooms bed is loud and squeaky.

We were very satisfied with the check in process!! The extra beach supplies were amazing. The condo was very roomy for 2 adults and 4 teenagers!! It would have been nice to have a bathroom by the pool area, so you wouldn’t have to go back up to your condo. It was a great place to spend my 61st birthday. Our third time to gulf shores.

Nice size condo. Lots of dishes and utensils in kitchen. Nice balcony. Needs a deep cleaning. Stains on cushions and just general wear and tear that comes at end of peak season.

Great stay!

We safely survived Hurricane Ida. Through heavy rain and high winds never lost power. After the storm, 4 beautiful beach days. We loved the location and beach front views. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a great time

We had a great time and would definitely book again. My only complaints were the parking. Parking spots very small and if you didn’t time it just right you were forced to park in overflow parking. The signs state for cleaning crews to park across the street but can unload in the main lot and move, however, they don’t. I witnessed daily cleaning crews parking in the main lot. For the most part our condo was clean however, the kitchen cabinet knobs had crud caked on them, dryer vent dust in the laundry room shelves not cleaned for a long time and top of the refrigerator had not been cleaned in quite some time. I understand the crews are turning over the space quickly but these areas could be addressed a little more frequently.

Great place to stay

Condo was clean, well furnished. Had a few maintenance issues. one of the tv's receivers was out and the AC was not cooling properly. I called the numbers that owner had provided and got quick service. Each tv had 2 remotes one for volume and one for dish. I had to replace all the batteries in all remotes. We enjoyed are stay and would stay again.

First time using VRBO

All we needed was right there! The kitchen had every appliance needed and then some. Check in an out was easy! It was on the beach as well as walking distance to shops and restaurants. My son who was in the room with twin beds noted that there was traffic noise that kept him up at times. We did note A LOT of loud vehicles revving engines, etc while in Gulf Shores in general.

Overall great unit

This is our second time to stay in a Boardwalk Condo and we chose again due to location (walking access to several places), perfect beach access and the pool. We loved our unit this time, but did have some concerns with the housekeeping. The sheets on both twin beds had to be washed when we arrived due to the amount of sand in them and we had to clean the coffee pot and washer before use (front loading washers have reputation of being stinky when left closed). The balcony has the sliding shutters (we assume for hurricane purposes) and the ledge at the bottom kept all the rainwater on the balcony, which was a mess. We did love that there were beach chairs, etc in the closet for us to use. Overall, this was a great unit!

Perfect Beach Condo

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, spacious condo! Super easy check in and very quick reply communicating with management and owner. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It has been well cared for and beautifully decorated. The living area was very comfortable and we slept great on the comfy beds! Perfect for six adults on a family vacation. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing condo in Gulf Shores

Boardwalk 587 was the perfect place to stay for our family of 5! The condo had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had plenty of towels and wash clothes and the balcony had plenty of seating! The view was amazing and the elevators were the fastest we’ve ever experienced! Hardly ever had to wait. We could walk to many restaurants, shopping and ice cream! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Home away from home with a better view

Inside is where it counts and the inside of this condo was very nice. We normally stay with another property owner and because of us waiting to the last minute it wasn’t available and I found this location and crossed my fingers and it didn’t disappoint. The only drawback is parking because of the popular restaurant that is also located there, even with that though it’s worth dealing with.
