Host was very responsive to all questions which we appreciated. The dryer was terrible, took 3 times as long to dry our clothes. My grandaughter called the elevator the sketchavator because it was run down and noisy. The pool was clean but not heated so it was really cold. The place could use an upgrade except the deck which had really neat furniture and it was large enough for everyone. They had some sand and pool toys which was nice. Parking was not an issue at all. Loved that we were right on the beach. Overall it was ok but the pics on VRBO were a lot nicer than the place actually was. The spare room looked big on VRBO but the bunk bed was right up against the double bed and had maybe a foot on each side and was very tight. We had a condo last year that was bigger and beautiful, with 3 pools and a lazy river and paid close to the same as this one. I think this one was okay but too pricy for what you get.
