The property had a great view, was clean and in a great location. The check in process could be convenient with a few kinks ironed out. I found them currently to be annoying, time consuming and pointless. 3 days before check in I received numerous text messages to check in. I have a lot of preparing to do usually before vacation, and I am not yet on vacation 3 days prior. I was at work. I had to try 4 times and the system kept failing so I had to take more time off work to reach out to someone for help. All of this help seemed pointless because even after I was successfully “checked in” I still had to go to the office to get my code to get in the door. I would have rather forgone the uploading photos of my id and self and just handed my id to the clerk when I had to see her anyways. The room fits 6 people and we maxed out the room with 6 people. My car only seats 4 people and my husbands only seats 5. So we had to take 2 cars. There is NO option to have 2 parking spots, even if your willing to pay. During peak season, this could put your second car many miles away or spending the few hours you do have in your apartment that you spent $500 for driving in circles waiting for a spot close by.
These are a few minor irritations. Also, check in is 4pm (comparably quite late), and check out is 10am!! Earliest I’ve ever heard of any vacation rental. Didn’t give us much time to enjoy our money we spent.
