Fort Morgan Oasis

This property was right up our alley. Debbie was great to work with and very responsive to all of our questions. Excellent property and definitely a hidden gem in the Fort Morgan area. We would highly recommend anyone looking to get away from the chaos that is in Gulf Shores and enjoy this oasis tucked away from the crowds.

Surprise around every corner

We loved this cabin & would definitely stay again. It is secluded while not being far from beach activities. The beach itself was very close. The owner was extremely kind, thorough, & communicative. Lots of wildlife all around. The history of the cabin, art, & decor was unique & homey- you could feel the love!

Wonderful stay at Bay Cabin

We have not stayed on the bay side before but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The kitchen is small but has everything you could think of- I brought some spices and a couple of my knives. We stayed for 12 days and ate out some but mostly I cooked fresh seafood and Ben grilled out steaks. There is even the ability to plug in your EV in the laundry room. Huge plus for Tesla owners ! Bring bug spray- there are mosquitos and yellow files that can bite you. The pups had a great time and the closeness of the beach was fantastic. Short drive and most of the time there were only a handful of people out on the beach. Debbie was kind enough to have great beach chairs and umbrella so we are taking our large beach canopy back to Walmart as it was not needed. The sunrises and sunsets were perfect. We saw dolphins and jumping fish. This is most excellent when paired with your favorite person and pups. The dogs felt safe and secure. We spent tons of time on the screened in porch . Loved all the fun lights - made it special. Also enjoyed all the art and fun things to look at. Bathroom is tiny but the shower and tub are great. Lots of hot water and good pressure. Super fantastic getting to meet Debbie as she is precious and gracious. We usually are super busy all the time so having downtime to relax and watch the waves and waters was exactly what we needed. We never even watched TV. The water was much more interesting. Did do some reading on the porch. Main bed was super comfy. Enjoy!

Beach/Bay Get Away

The Cabin is small, but well appointed with a wonderful screened in porch that faces the bay-perfect place to relax whether it’s raining or sunny. The cabin is located across the street from one of the best beaches in the area, so you have the best of both worlds in one location. The owner, Debbie, responds immediately about any questions. I wouldn’t be surprised if we return.

Quiet, restful week.

Very engaging environment. We enjoyed being immersed in all the multi-generational input inside the cabin. It all creates a recharging, positive atmosphere. Quiet, relaxing, and very much as described. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The bay sunsets were beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We loved the location - quiet, peaceful, off the beaten path. Debbie was a great host - good communication. Unfortunately we both came down with bad colds so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the area but what a nice place to recover! The cabin has everything you could possibly need. Lots of interesting artwork and mementos to look at. Thank you so much, Debbie, for letting us stay in your cabin! We hope to be back another time in the future!

Relax to the Max

This is our second stay at Debbie's Cabin. We find it to be one of the most relaxing places to stay..She has everything that you would want to cook and enjoy a dinner with friends. This is the only place my husband leaves the world behind, and can sleep with no problems....Our dogs enjoy the area and the walks to the beach... Debbie tries to accommodate your needs, answers all your questions promptly...It is like going back in time. We think it is like returning to the 70's when life was very simple....and every day was a dream.....

New Years get away

Convenient & Cozy

Location was fantastic, private dock to bay and short walk to gulf side. We loved taking our dog on walks to the beach to play and enjoy the white sand and waves! We got fish daily off the dock and enjoyed the beautiful nightly sunsets. The cabin is set up nicely for any activity you’d like and we’ll be back! Home way from home!

Ms. Debbie is the nicest home manager I have ever delt with! The house is truly like a home way from home. The house was clean and the location is perfect. You are 20 mins from Gulf Shores and nowhere from the beach. I caught several fish off the dock including a 8-10 lb Redfish and it was a fight! He was also very tasty on the grill! Our dogs had a blast and they loved sitting with us on the pier. We were suppose to leave Saturday but we stayed an extra day because we didn’t want to leave and she had no problem letting us! We will be back and we 100% recommend this to everyone! Also, best sunsets ever! Thanks so much Debbie for the hospitality!

The Cabin

Relaxing bay house

This is our 2nd 4th of July staying here. Very comfortable and had anything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Sat on pier and watched fireworks all around us. Great trip and great cabin. Debbie was a wonderful host.
