All in all it is a very nice house to stay in. Beds were very comfortable. We had 14 in our group and there was room for everyone comfortably. Location is excellent. The only thing I would say is a draw for me is it’s a shared property. It worked out with the other party next door on sharing the pool but would be much nicer to have the pool and pier completely to ourselves. Also, the wagons and everything available in storage was very helpful in going to the beach. The beach was literally a 3 minute walk from the house. If needed, I would stay here again.

This property was perfect! We loved the property and the location. The open living space is so nice, as well as having access to the pool and pier. And such a short easy walk to the beach!

We had 9 adults staying at the rental. The kitchen had plenty of equipment only lacking a cheese grater.. spacious and plenty of room to accommodate our group but the bunk bed room is really meant for children- it was tight quarters for the 2 single men in our group. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the short walk to the beach.

The property was very nice. Its size and style worked very well for our family. We loved the beach equipment that was furnished and we were only a block from the beach. We had a positive experience.

We really enjoyed the house. The house is exactly as pictured on the website. It was very clean. I was a little hesitant to stay at a pet friendly home because of issues that we have had in the past but the home was definitely super clean. Great job to the cleaning staff. The beds were very comfortable and the space was very accommodating for families. I loved the neighborhood with the walking/bike trail and the beach is only a block over. The scenery was beautiful. The downstairs closet with beach gear was great and the kitchen was very well stocked with anything that would be needed. I would suggest getting some softer bath towels but that is just a personal preference. It was a little tricky bringing luggage into the house from under the carport because the door opens directly at the top step. It would have been nice to have had a little ledge there. We found it easier to bring in the bigger items like suitcases from the back deck. Other than that we had no issues. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented this house for my wedding party to stay in with us before we got married on New Year’s Eve, we had a GREAT time. The house was gorgeous & they treated us very well. Very accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. I would rent this house again!

We had a wonderful trip. Loved the size of the home. Wish the pool was bigger with a house that size but it was Amazing!!!!! House was nice and cool wonderful having access to an extra refrigerator. Owner very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

The weather was a little cool, so the heated pool was an amazing amenity! Fishing off the dock proved to be very fruitful as well. Very comfortable home to enjoy and have a great time with the family!

Such a wonderful trip. Lovely home. Lots of space to branch out. So much fun. The pool was fantastic. Managed to teach 3 grandkids how to swim. The Beachhouse restaurant was our favorite haunt. Try the Bushwacker. S&s seafood was great.

Property worked great for our vacation with multiple families with small children. We were able to enjoy both beach time and pool time. Enough space to spread out. Our grandsons enjoyed fishing in the evenings off of the dock! Will definitely consider this property for our next trip.

WaterSide East was the perfect place for our family’s annual beach trip! The location on Little Lagoon and the short walk to the beach were exactly what we were looking for - away from the Fall Break crowds but close enough to everything in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. We shared the pool and pier with a wonderful family from Kentucky. The rooms were bigger than pictured and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups, and pots & pans. When you get there, make sure to read the binder the owners created. It had lots of information about local restaurants and things to do. The shared locker had all the things we needed for the beach - chairs, wagons, and even a Big Tonka my grandsons loved! Craig was easy to work with and we’re all looking forward to going back to WaterSide East next year!

This place had the best of both worlds…pier in the lagoon for fishing and just a few minutes walk to the shore! Kept our family busy for sure! The bunk room was great for the grandkids! They loved having a sleepover together! Living space is fantastic! Multiple places for seating. Deck is massive and was great for entertaining our extended family who was in a different home! Lots of beach chairs and accessories to use.

Overall the trip was awesome! Our duplex neighbors were so fun! The location was great... short walk to the beach. The house was roomy. Close to enough conveniences. Pool was the perfect temp. These were minor inconvenience:s: It needs a deep cleaning, pool was pretty small for 2 rentals, & check out is super early... 9:00 am. We didn’t report it, but the lower bathroom shower drained very slow & toilet needs some adjustments to flush accurately.

This was our first time renting a beach house and it was amazing! The house was well maintained, very spacious and had everything we needed. Was perfect for our large group. Would definitely rent again!
