Beautiful Resort

The condo and property are well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room in the condo and beautiful views. I would definitely recommend the property. The beaches are beautiful. Lots of great restaurants in the area.

A Great Family Vacay

We loved staying at the Caribe. The kids had a great time at the pools. The condo could use more lighting, especially in the 2 guest bedrooms. Consider adding a light kit to the ceiling fans, and I would consider adding a more seamless check in/check out process so that you do not have to drive to the office to pick up/drop off keys. It wasn't a big deal to us, but we do appreciate being able to check in easily after a long drive. We also appreciated that we were able to check-in earlier. The property manager was great, quick to respond, and easy to work with. Overall, great stay! We will be back.

Great Resort

Obtaining and returning keys to the condo is in Gulf Shores, about 30 minutes from the resort, so that is kind of annoying if you’re traveling in and out on the Beach Express. We’re used to a keypad or lockbox onsite. Overall, we really enjoyed the property. 4 kids entertained the entire week, fun for all ages. Was not hard to get chairs by the lazy river everyday, even with a family of 6. Staff all over the property were awesome!

Condo was Great

The condo and location was great with plenty of amenities which saved our vacation with it raining 3 of the 5 days we stay. I did not like the check in process because is was 20+ minutes from the actual condo. There was an issue with payment with my address not matching the card. The person responsible for booking called me during business hours and while I was in a middle of talking to one of my customers and refused to let me call him back in 30 minutes to address the situation.

Great Stay

The property is nice. The beds are comfy. Definitely should bring blankets as the spreads are light in nature. We cooked most of the time. There is not a cookie sheet or a cutting board. Bring your own or buy disposable. The lighting is not great. It could use brighter bulbs. Overall we had a great stay and the unit is nice. Great price too.

Updates needed

The boards by pool and lazy river need repair. Some are rotting, some sticking up in places which is a hazard as people are carrying things and unable to look down at each step. The mattresses all need to be replaced as we each suffered with multiple wakeups nightly due to discomfort.

Family gathering , beach time & exchange of good foods.

Our family enjoyed the beach and the rental property . We brought cooked meats & purchased sides from the local Walmart. We brought a fire stick , but was not necessary . Satellite television was good. There should be better instructions on parking passes. Three bedrooms, there should be a parking pass for each room. Bring a wagon to move items along the beach. Overall great trip.

A get away I needed, and was truly relaxing

our stay was back in early August 2021, this place was wonderful, the only time we left, were for groceries and souvenir shopping, other than everything was just great there. i do remember it was easier to drive to the beach because the walk pier was a great distance, pools were amazing and the kids enjoyed all the pools, slide area has way cooler water, the lazy river be careful on the depth of that, it was quite deceiving. lol. the room was so wonderful, as i had a group of 6, enough room to accommodate all of us, i do have to say i was glad to see they got rid of the black chair and replaced it with a cute recliner chair, my 7 yr. claimed that spot, nearby restaurant, and boating experiences available nearby walking distance. as we did not want to drive all the way into florida this was a great compromise. hope to be back!

Condo was very nice but did call the rental company after seeing several small roaches. Was told someone would be out to spray but no one ever showed. Also none of the TVs in the 3 bedrooms worked.

Ok overall

Overall it was positive and we had a great time, but I’m not sure we’d go back. Positives: *Unit was well-decorated, spacious, overall in good shape, furnishings nice *Beds were comfortable *Pools were never crowded *Restaurant and snack bar onsite *Multiple pools, water slides *Pretty view of ocean and pools from unit *Washer/dryer in unit Negatives: *Lots of alcohol drinking teens in pool and hot tub *Lots of drunk parents (not belligerent, but a little much) *Only saw security presence on last day of our stay. Halls and pool loud and noisy well past 11 pm “quiet hours” *Pool deck is wooden and in need of repair. Saw a child get a bad splinter. They recommend keeping shoes on *Couple of areas in unit not cleaned/things missed *Bugs in kitchen (they sprayed after I told them) *No Dish remote for living room (one never brought after I informed them). Couldn’t watch tv at night in living room unless we logged into our services *Large ice maker did not work (never fixed after informing) *Garbage disposal didn’t appear to work, even after we plugged it in. Maintenance came and it worked for them *Broken shower door that was never repaired

Fun at the Caribe

This property is beautiful and well maintained. It is in the perfect location overlooking the lazy river and swimming pool. We have stayed at many Caribe units and this one is very nice. When we arrived, the ice maker was not working. This was not an issue for us, but within a few hours of notifying the property management, a repairman arrived to make the repairs.

Great place for a vacation.

This is our second time at Caribe and first at this unit. Everything was in order and very accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for adults and kids. Beds were comfortable and enough pillows for everyone. Outstanding.
