Beach access and view was great! Air conditioning quit working after the first night, was finally repaired the third night after several attempts and calls to the office.

We had a short but sweet stay at this location. The main attraction was proximity to the beach and easiness with which we were able to shower and come back to our suite with kids. Also, At walking distance are great places to dine in or unwind with your loved ones. Right at the beach were water sports activities like banana boat and parasail. We certainly reccomend to families with kids!!

Convenient, points of interest to our vacation was within walking distance.It was a little noisy with people coming and going due to location of bedroom BUT everything was clean, provided the basics in kitchen that would be needed for food prep. Beautiful view off the balcony.I love that it had 2 bathrooms!!!Would highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Good parking, great view of the gulf, room was ok but no shelf storage, furniture worn out and soiled, stains on dirty drapes, lamp shades stained, refrigerator surface rusted. Place needs a good deep clean

While there have been some upgrades to our room, there are still a few more that I would like to recommend. The following items need to be replaced and updated: the couch and chair, ceiling fans, and refrigerator. Please consider these suggestions as they will enhance the room greatly.

Nice location

The location is great and the staff is very nice . The unit is very dated and some furniture need to be replaced . Also the elevators were down for several hours which was diffcult. I would stay here again due to the location, no issue parking , walkable to restaurants and the staff

GREAT Location

I stayed here for a weekend getaway with my mom and grandmother, during the start of spring break. We could hear music from the hangout restaurant from the balcony. It was very nice and you couldnt hear anything from inside of our room. Loved the location so much, it was just what we needed. There was a big bed, a sofa couch, and bunk beds. I'm 25 and I chose to sleep on the bottom bunk, and i slept like a baby! It was so comfortable. I would definitely reccomend this VRBO to anyone. My mom actually asked for the link the other day to send to her coworker. 10/10

Labor Day Vacation

The accommodation was perfect. The location was excellent too. The condo was clean and presented as it looked from the pictures online. Contact was easy if we had an issue. We were close to different eating and shopping outlet. Would recommend!

Great location! More like a condo!

Great location! Walking distance to food and entertainment. It was exactly like a 1br condo without a washer and dryer. Only a few issues- the elevator was the slowest I have ever encountered- especially for a 9 story building. The pool was ridiculously small. The rental chairs are too far away from the water, thus your tent, if you bring one, is even further. The tent police were obnoxious! I know this had nothing to do with the rental but it would be a major issue to consider going back.

Dirty and little hot water.

Floors were dirty and baseboards. Hair in our room and dust on the floors. Showered first night we got there wed evening and 1st shower ran out after 10 to 15 min. I had to wait 20 min then ran out after 10 min. Called office and they said theyd call maintenence. Checked on it friday morning cause we didnt hear anything Thursday and we were gone during the day. No one had ever come to look at it. Girl at office calls and the guy was rude. I could hear him saying they cant take 30 min showers. So guy checks while we are gone and leaves a not nice note telling us we can run the dishwashers and shower. Well, we never used the dishwasher hardly even washed dishes. It was just me and my college daughter. Ive been in many hotels/condos. You dont run out of water. This place has individual tanks. Dumb if you have multiple guest. It would take hours to get ready. So a plumber comes friday around 3:30. He says the tank is really old so changes the thermostat. He was nice and so was the hotels maintenance supervisor. So we shower and same issue. I go into the office sat to let them know and of course Allie the Mgr is off. She had said that she would compensate is for the i convenience. Well....nope and the Asst Mgr offered nor seemed to care. We also couldnt open the balcony doors a couple nights or sit outside cause someone above us was smoking weed. We will not stay here again. We showered twice and that was it due to the hot water issue. We just had to rinse off.

Great getaway

The condo was perfect for us. The on-site staff were very helpful. We would definitely like to come back when it’s warmer. The outside temps were too cold for my liking.

Not The Phoenix We Thought

The unit is very outdated in many aspects from the bathrooms to the rust at the bottom of the dishwasher. My wife and I were under the impression that it was the other Phoenix on the Gulf Shores end. I pulled back the sheets on the bed and it was stained. You couldn’t tell if it was a recent stain or one that just couldn’t be removed after many washes. Either way, it was unacceptable. The unit was so outdated along with the state of the bedding, that my wife and I immediately left the property and spent hours finding somewhere else to stay for the night and the remainder of our visit. The elevator was also VERY slow although we understood it was a holiday weekend. The unit was comparable to a very low grade pay by the hour hotel and was not like the photos depicted.
