Vacation with friends and family

Beautiful home in a nice area within walking distance from the beach. Very spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the game room. I recommend this, you will not be disappointed.

Family Fun

The house is beautiful. Plenty of room for our family of 8. My biggest complaint was the location. We were looking for a house directly on the lagoon. I even messaged the management company and specially asked if it was directly on the water and was told yes. It was an easy walk down to the pier & pool, but I enjoy sitting on the decks overlooking the water. It’s a stress relief for me so that was important. I will be renting in this cul-de-sac again. The neighborhood is off the main strip and quiet. We had the pier to ourselves the whole week and only a couple of people were at the pool.

Family Memories!

Everything about the house was set up well and really helped us be comfortable and have what we needed! The bedrooms/bathrooms beautiful. The porches were awesome and the pier/beach absolutely wonderful for all the kids! The walkabikity A+++ Thank you!!

Repeat Vacation

This is the second year we have rented this property to have our family vacation and I will say it did not disappoint. They have updated all the bathrooms so now it is a fully updated property. The house includes all the little touches needed to make an extended stay away from home convenient from all the items ever needed in the kitchen to all the items to choose from in the storage for the beach. You can tell visitors leave little items here and there yo help the next guest so we do the same. I will say one of the reason I came back to this property was because of the management of the property and how easy it was to work with Grace last year. This year she did not disappoint. I had one issue and she had someone at the front door before I could put the phone down. She also found ways to make our stay easy and special for us to create more memories here. I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience two years in a row.

Had a great time at The Sandy Pelican !

We stayed at Sandy pelican for 7 nights and it was great. Clean, lots of amenities. And very convenient location. All four kids loved the pool, fishing dock and beach equipments.

Great House and Area

We really enjoyed staying here and the location was perfect for our family. In its own little cul-de-sac which was great. The dock/small beach area and swimming pool were a lot of fun for the kids!

Close to the beach

The pool is closer than we originally thought which was a plus. House was great, plenty of room for everyone! The arcades were neat and internet service was fast for those who work while away... my family streamed several devices all while I was able to keep my work going. Instacart and Doordash do deliver there as well. Also... the ice maker in the freezer was awesome. Our kids love crushed ice. We had a good time.

Beautiful Location

Our family including two children had a wonderful time. The only thing we had to clean upon arriving was the bathtubs but that was it. The home is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Dishes are cookware are provided which was great and we were within walking distance from the pier and beach. Communication was easy with the host and checking in was effortless. There was a question after our departure in regards to water leakage which we did not see upon arrival or leaving as we took pictures to document the condition of the property upon arrival and leaving just in cas somethinglike that occurred. I would recommend checking out other source prior to assuming that the guest caused any type of damage especially due to water leakage. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay. And made great memories. We all feel so blessed to have had this exercise together as a family

Did not disappoint. Excellent accommodations.

Home was as beautiful and just as described. Very well stocked with supplies. We packed extra and really overpacked. All we really needed was our own laundry detergents. There were plenty of toilet papers, hand soaps, and a very well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, silverware and any kind of cookware you would need. Do yourself a favor and don't over pack like we did. IF you did run out, plenty of shopping near by. By far most comfortable beds, pillows of any place Ive stayed. Plenty of pillows provided if you're like me qnd gotta have qt least 2. Lol I packed my own and didn't use it. Great experience!!!

Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved staying here! A very spacious house with great views of the lagoon. The location is off the main road and you can walk to the beach. Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. It was a peaceful place. I so enjoyed walking our pet each morning to the lagoon!

Great Location

We would stay there again. Great location in a quiet cul da sac. Good for letting kids play outside safely. Close walk to the beach and they supplied wagons and chairs for the beach. A few minute drive to restaurants and activities.
