  • Caribbean 703 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is a one bedroom, one a a half bathrooms, with a king size bed that is calling your name! This unit can accommodate up to 4 adults, 2 children and even your family dog (one small dog, additional fee)! There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and hallway bunk beds that offer extra sleeping space for your family. (Please note that the bunk beds are not suitable for adults, children only please!) Stay connected while you are away with the WiFi, two TVs, VCR and DVD players, and stereo system that Caribbean 703 is complete with! Enjoy your coffee in the morning with a Keurig dual coffee maker. Or enjoy a cocktail in the evening on your private beach front balcony! The fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit provide the comfort and amenities of home while you are away. The location of this property is perfect with its calm and quiet of being away from town yet in very close proximity to all the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer.

    This property has easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast while also providing you with both indoor and outdoor pools (heated seasonally). Other amenities that Caribbean offers are steam room, sauna, exercise room, BBQ grills and an elevator for ease of access. Please, No Smoking.

We love this dog friendly condo complex right on the beach! It’s not too big with only 4 units per floor and a total of 8 floors. Easy parking and close to EVERYTHING. Only negative is no dogs allowed on beach.

2nd gulf shores trip

We were both extremely happy with our stay at this location. My son is super excited that we are looking at the same room for mid June 2024! Loved the location, the town, and the process!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room we were on was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was very clean. The only thing i can say that was a negative was the smell of the trash coming from the dumpster at the main entrance into the condo.. we will definately stay here again.

Great location, recently updated, new and quick elevator, great views of the ocean, could sit by pool and still see the beach and hear the waves crash and sea gulls chirp. Being able to take my fur baby to a great location was the most important thing to me. The manager and staff were very helpful. I definitely plan to go back

A relaxing, no hassel stay. Rental Co. made checking-in easy and were quick to text back for any questions we had. On our first day we discovered the sliding door to the balcony did not lock. We text the office and received a response almost immediately and a maintenance man was sent over same day. Very pet friendly property. Grounds, and facilities were maintained daily.

Fantastic location. Nice property. We had some issue with shower. Couldnt get help at night but got help in the morning. Lot.of good restaurants within 3 mile radius.

Amazing Getaway

Dog friendly condo was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our beach trip as did our teacup Yorkie! The weather, although very hot, along with the location of the unit was perfect! Gorgeous beach view from the balcony! Can't say enough good things about the property manager! They checked on us several times and we're quick to respond. Would not hesitate to rent thru them again - or go back to the same unit! Thank you for such a great vacation!

Could be cleaner

The location was amazing, walk to the beach was fast and great communication with property manager/owner. The actual condo itself could’ve been cleaner. I bought sheets from Walmart because the sheets didn’t seem too clean. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner, hair on the shower wall and a razor was left out from a previous stay.

Poorly Maintained

Location great! When we arrived at the condo it had a bad smell, black spots all over the ceilings, bed pillow cover had a hole in it, two of the lights needed new bulbs, dusted and it needs some cosmetic work. Maintenance did come and replace the bulbs so we could have light. I will not choose this condo to stay in again.
