Wonderful Condo

We loved this condo. We have been going to the beach for many years. Our entire family agreed it was the best place we have stayed. Everything about it was great! Highly recommend it! Clean, decorated beautifully and very up to date.

Beach Trip 2024

This is an older property that has been updated. It was very clean. We had plenty of room for our family of 7. The view of the ocean was amazing. Having a pool on the property was a hit with the grandkids.

Beach

Very nice and comfortable. Only downside was we could not adjust air conditioning. It was preset on 73, which was fine for daytime, but we like it a little cooler at night for sleeping.

Wonderful condo, clean, great view!

We loved our stay and we will stay here again. Wonderful access from the parking area via stairs or elevator. We had a wonderful time but the cookware was in bad shape so bring your own if need be. I have arthritis in my back but the master bedrooms mattress was incredibly comfortable. We used the outdoor grill and it worked great (charcoal). Beautiful view from the condo! This was in a nice area!

Amazing property

Family vacation

Beautiful condo, love this spot on the beach. Quite a few jelly fish and stings this visit. Few issues we didn’t like, elevator kept breaking down first few days, Internet out completely one full day, wife found candy wrappers in the couch cushions upon arrival, biggest issue was all of the screws and nails all over the parking lot. We picked up handfuls of them trying to keep from getting nail or screw in our tires. This was a little upsetting considering what the week cost us. Other than that, amazing condo!!

Exceptional!

We booked this for a long girls weekend, it was decorated beautifully, very clean, and had everything we could need and more! Tons of mirrors which is perfect for a lot of women trying to get ready at the same time! We walked to the Flora-Bama which was nice, due to high traffic and limited parking there. It was a good 20 minute walk or so, but was nice that we could walk and didn’t have to sit in traffic. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and would rent again. There was some construction going on that interfered with our assigned parking, but Beachball Properties was accommodating and helpful. The condo is beautiful and was a perfect place for our getaway!

Beautiful place to stay!

This condo was amazing! It had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was well stocked with quality utensils & items. We loved the extra fridge and shelving in the laundry room! The beds were comfortable and the unit was decorated beautifully. The ocean view from the master suite is gorgeous! I had coffee on our balcony and saw dolphins every morning.

Great EXCEPT....

EXCEPT the WiFi and TV were more than spotty horribly affecting communications (i.e. you couldn't work remotely) and severely limiting entertainment. Basic cable only, No Netflix or Hulu despite listing same. Prop Mgr sent rep but he couldn't fix. Disappointing for our group but a nightmare for people with kids. Might be aftermath of hurricane but we weren't warned nor given a discount.

Orange Beach vacationing in the winter was weather dependent, yet relaxing,

Our family staycation was somewhat quiet and enjoyable. Food services were convenient, rooms spacious, property well furnished and well kept with wonderful amenities. Although property repairmen were at work daily, our staycation was Enjoyable.

Thanksgiving

Greetings, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and utensils. I would strongly recommend this rental to anyone interested in a comfortable waterfront condo. The only improvement that I could recommend is that it would have been nice to have a few additional bath towels. Overall, very satisfactory! Thank you very much!

Orange Beach, October

Marlin Key is a very nice, 4 story property and has a great location on an uncrowded beach. About a half mile West of the FloraBama line. Close to Orange Beach stores and Restaurants yet not too far to Perdido Key, Florida if you want to go towards Pensacola. The condo is a luxury unit. All or most of the units are 3 bedrooms, 3 bath. We plan to stay here again.

JUST AS ADVERTISED

Condo was clean and well decorated. We arrived after 5 and the refrigerator wasn’t working. We called the manager and within 20 minutes the appliance repair service was there and had the problem corrected within the hour. There were no more problems and we enjoyed a delightful stay. The beach and pool weren’t crowded even in July. The condo is close to shopping and restaurants. We recommend this rental.
