The check-in was great but upon entry the place was not very clean. The stove back was filthy, rhe floor was dirty enough my feet/socks were black. You could see where they dusted just a small area of the side table in living room and the headboard was also filthy. I was surprised to see the swivel chair was quite stained as well as the throw pillows. I did take photos and did not let this disrupt my stay. I was surprised to find we only were given 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. I did end up going out and buying more. On a positive note, the location was perfect and within walking distance to so many restaurants and rhe boardwalk and stores. The pool was a nice temperature and i loved that the place was right on the beach.

Perfect family location!

We love coming here and staying as a family. It is the highlight of our summer. This is the perfect family unit. We love the location plenty of places we can walk to and a quick walk back and forth to the beach.

2023 summer vacay

We loved our trip! The condo was perfect for our family of 4! Even with just the one bedroom, the hall bunk beds were perfect for the kids! The only suggestion I have would be the lock and key process for the door. Having 2 loose keys made me very nervous that I was going to lose them! We kept them in the lock box when we went out but having to do the code on that specific kind of lock box was just a little… annoying? I think a digital code lock would be wonderful! I know some of the other condos have them! But over all we loved it! We would definitely stay here again! The beach access was great and the whole place wasn’t overly crowded when we went! It was also a nice walking distance from the shops and restaurants! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

Great location!

The location and property is really nice! I loved that there were not a million units and having to fight for the elevator or even beach space. No negative feed back. I would just say the unit does need a some updating and the only thing lacking was a few starter necessities. Other than that over all we had a great stay! Thank you!

Great place to stay!

Great place! Close to everything! Loved sitting on the balcony having coffee with the beautiful view of the beach!! Great place to read a book too! I really liked the patio furniture and how high it sits up! I would highly recommend this place!

Relaxing at it’s Best!

Beautiful property. Condo was exactly as pictured and described. Only issue was television in bedroom went out on 2nd night (wall outlet went out…we know this as we plugged other items in the outlet and they did not work there either). Would suggest installing room-darkening shades in bedroom as the outside lighting in the corridor is very bright. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our family and friends.

Property and location is great for us. Nicely decorated. Had everything we needed and more. If I had to complain about anything it would only be to clean the ceiling fans. Our overall stay was great! We will for sure be back next year😊

Summer Vacation

Trip was overall amazing. The condo is in a great location. Loved being beachfront, super convenient. Kids enjoyed the condo pool. The only complaint I had was the TV wasn’t working in the bedroom and the keys to the condo are stored in a really old lockbox that is extremely hard to get opened.

Great Location & Beach Space

Smaller building allows for great dedicated beach space and pool access without all the crowds like the larger condos around town. Unit was clean and as described! Plenty of space for our daughter to play in the living room when not outside. Will be back!

AWEOSME!!!!

It was our first time visiting Gulf Shores and we absolutely loved it. The condo was amazing. It's so beautiful and the balcony was awesome. We had coffee out there every morning. Our kids loved staying here to and when the trip was over immediately asked when we could come back. We loved how close it was to everything. You will not be disappointed renting this condo. I highly recommend it and can not wait to come back.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

The View

The was an amazing property. The view was wonderful! The beach was just steps away. The pool was nice and relaxing. It was one of the best places we’ve stayed in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area.
