Roomy and clean

We enjoy staying at Royal Palms because of location. This condo has a great layout so you don't feel cramped. This is the cleanest condo we have stayed in.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed. Such a short boardwalk to the beach and both an indoor and outdoor pool. We used the grill one night for dinner and the condo had everything we needed. Would stay in this unit again for our next trip to Gulf Shores.

Spring Break 2024!

Great Location. Appreciated the hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool. We had great weather so that was a blessing. Thank you for accommodating us on such short notice.

Check in was at 5, we've stayed at Royals Pals for years always a nice stay. Unit could use a little updating especially the kitchen. Definitely would recommend staying here. Had 2 bedrooms which is nice. Our ac stopped working and Benders vacation rentals was fantastic to get someone to fix it immediately.

Great mini vacation!

We love staying in the last condo on the beach next to the state park. It’s so quiet and serene and great for relaxing. Will stay at this out again! Very clean and fully stocked (except salt and pepper…removed during Covid) so bring your own.

Amazing view!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the property and especially being right in the beach. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. Was a little surprised by no sponge in the kitchen which made it a little hard to clean the pots and pans but otherwise it was great.

Great getaway!!!

We had such a great time! Condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures showed. Beautiful view from our room and you walk right out and then you’re on the beach. Very convenient location to everything and all the staff were very friendly. Very easy process from checking in to checking out. I would definitely come back and stay again at this location. No complaints!

Great Mom’s Getaway!

Despite the looming threat of tropical storms, the beach being closed to dangerous rip currents our stay at Royal Palms was just the relaxing break we craved. The condo was so inviting, provided everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. The balcony became our favorite place for our 4-day stay, as the property is perfectly situated next to the state park, which was quiet and somewhat secluded. Will definitely come back!

The condo was very clean and in a good location

Our stay was wonderful despite the tropical storm that came. I would let other renters know that they cannot put any shoes or beach chairs outside the door.

Room was clean . Balcony furniture was very nice. Kitchen stocked, although I didn’t cook. Only problem was it was the weather didn’t cooperate. Check in super easy property management easy to work with. We would recommend

Hey!

I enjoyed the place overall. Cleanliness wasn’t up to par. Can drink left behind tv, master bedroom tv didn’t work, sand on floor, candy wrapper under pillow, bed in twin room not completely made. I have pics!! For the fees and overall price I expect perfection. Internet was spotty!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Royal Palms unit 705 early October 2024. The unit was very clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed. We called for service on the dishwasher because someone had pulled it out from the cabinet and it wasn’t anchored down anymore. Technician came within a few hours to reattach it. We had no other issues and everything worked great. I liked being next to the public beach because the beach didn’t seem as crowded. When you are near other high rises the beach is more crowded. My husband liked being close to the trail for walking.We plan to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Something in the condo have my daughter an allergic reaction. The first night we got there it was late so we went to sleep. The next morning we wake up and her face is swollen and covered in red blotches. I mean totally covered. I don’t know what it was but this has never happened before. We have stayed in a lot of condos on the beach but this set up was not the best. The ceiling had a crack in it from the kitchen all the way to the outside sliding glass door. Every one of the dishes was dirty, you could tell that it had been used and not washed. All the cup had stuff all over them. The plates and brown watery stuff on them. But I will not stay here again at all
