Very well maintained and clean. Master bed was comfortable. All the furniture in the condo was comfortable (couch and dining chairs) Plenty of space and we had everything we needed. I would highly recommended this condo and I would definitely stay here again. Also, beautiful views of the ocean! Communications were great too! We have nothing to complain about and we appreciate you sharing your beautiful home with us.

Right on the beach!!

Condo was clean and nicely equipped. The balcony was spacious and it looked as if you were at the waters edge! Exercise equipment was positioned to look out over the ocean. Easy parking and attendant and office personnel right on property! Will definitely be back!!!

For starters the condo was nice, clean and accommodating except for a few issues, there was 3 of us myself, husband & grandson , both bathrooms only had one roll of cheap toilet paper for a 6 night stay , so we had to buy more same with paper towels , the other issue was parking space, for the amount paid

Last minute relaxation

We were there for a Friday night high school football game in Pritchard and decided to make it a holiday getaway. Condo is nice and cozy and in a Great location from things to do in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. Will definitely book there again.

Great place to stay

Great stay except elevators were difficult to get at times and almost too hot to handle being on. There was a fan in one of the elevators but it wasn’t functioning. Also parking was limited and difficulty to find a place to park late at night. Last night there we had to park in the garage. Luckily we were able to talk with one of the onsite security guys who said it was okay to do so. Another night we didn’t know what to do and had to spend a lot of time getting into the only parking space left where the vehicle next to us was parked so crooked that it was very difficult to get into the space and have room to get out of the vehicle.

Graet place !! dont leave anything in condo!!!

The stay was good. My daughter left her purse in the condo. It was her 16th birthday all her pictures and headphones in the purse, ping the headphones they were there. Call the number provided as you guess they said they have not seen it. Just a friendly remind everyone that work is not honest. I really want her pictures back she took them with a poloroid camara.

Wonderful Location and Condo

Had a great stay!! Very clean, comfortable and was as advertised. My only issue was information given by property manager for codes to get into condo and then again the entrance to the pool area. Also the bands and parking pass information was not in the condo as noted and had to be delivered to us. Once we got the packet there were only 2 bands in the packet. We went to the pool and on the grounds without the additional bands and it wasn't a problem. I just didn't want to have to keep calling the property manager since I was on vacation. The actual condo and the location was beautiful and would definitley stay again.

Pleasant Stay

The room and view was very good. One of the elevators was not working so wait times were very long. Beach access and pools very nice. Didn’t love the wicker chairs, would have preferred another couch but overall we had a great time. Very clean.

Comfy condo in a great location

The condo was a great spot for our fall family getaway. We didn’t realize the Shrimp Festival was the same weekend when we initially booked but it worked out great! About a mile walk to the Shrimp Fest and a local grocery store is maybe 1/3 mile away for any items you might have left at home. The beach chair rental service was great, and the pool was great for our little one to splash around in when the surf was too rough. The only downside to the place was it was surprisingly easy to hear the neighbors next to and above the unit, as far as walking around and scooting chairs and furniture. So if you’re a light sleeper, I would take that into consideration. Otherwise, it was a great spot for us to relax for a long weekend

Loud neighbors

We had upstairs neighbors that were very loud way up to 3-4 am. I went to find a guard or someone to address the issue but couldn’t find anyone. We had a very long ride back home the next day with no sleep.

Great place for a family vacation.

This is the second time we have stayed at Gulf Shores West. We love it because it is right on the beach, a short walk to restaurants and a coffee shop. It’s a great place for a family vacation to relax, unwind, and and make memories.
