Wonderful unit that was clean and everything that was advertised. Sitting on balcony in the morning having our coffee and watching the dolphins play was fantastic. Easy access to the beach and the Gulf was great!We would definitely rent this condo again!

Good, but...

The room itself was nice, clean, and as described, with beautiful views of the ocean. Check in and check out are a breeze, which was nice.The master bed makes a LOT of noise when you move around. You will wake your partner up and possible the next room as well! Don't forget coffee filters becuase there aren't any provided (we learned the hard way).The onsite "amenities" are lacking. The pool is very small and FREEZING cold (someone said the heater was broke). The game room only contains 1 foosball table that is old with many broken parts and 1 pool table. Cues were broken, no chalk provided, so not really playable. Side note: I found it odd that Crystal Shores West (right next door), had a much larger and nicer swimming area. Those guests also said that the water was not ice cold. I guess West is the "nicer part of town". All in all nice we had a nice stay, but with the cost, there should be better upkeep of the property and "amenities".

Perfect Beach Getaway !!

This place was AMAZING !! Very well kept, very beach cozy, beautiful views and very "feels like home" ! One of our favorite things was the "Guest Shell Bowl". Reading about other families and their stay was so cool. We will DEFINITELY be back to 707 !!

Phenomenal Location!

To start off, I can not say enough to accurately describe the views from this condo and the balcony. I was a bit worried the pictures in the listing may have been enhanced with AI but the second we arrived I realized what you see is what you get and then some!! Beautiful inside and out. Extremely convenient to be right on the beach. The communication with the management company is top notch as well. As mentioned in the listing, you do need to supple your own essentials such as shampoo, toilet paper, and trash bags, but packing a few extras of those items wasn’t that difficult. We pick up food items from local stores and was able to enjoy meals on site. Pool was chilly, but the hot tub was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this booking and I hope to go back myself.

The property was very nice, clean and very comfortable! We would definitely stay again! It had everything you would need to cook meals as well as beach items! The bed was also very comfortable! Nice views of the beach from the balcony. Good location also!

Super nice well appointed condo - Owners really thought through their furnishings all top quality - the complex in general is well run and seems extra high quality - nicest 2 bedroom we have stayed in and we go down often Downside is the swimming pool which is small and shaded so water is very cold even in August 100 degree temperatures

Wonderful Beachfront Condo

We stayed at this condo June 2024 with our 2 boys (7 and 3). We spent so much time on the XL balcony and loved being steps away from the beach - especially while hauling all of our beach gear! The condo was very clean and we loved cooking a few meals in the updated kitchen. We will definitely be back!

We always stay at Crystal Shores. Its the perfect distance to the beach shoreline and within walking distance to a lot of things. This is our 4th trip and we love all the units we have stayed in but this one exceeded our expectations with the views being on the corner!

Great Trip

What a beautiful home!! The location is amazing and you can’t beat the view! The condo was extremely clean! The only feedback I have is the amount of items stocked; although, it is clearly stated they provide one round of every thing. However, with a stay of five nights and four people, two trash bags is not enough. We had to spend money on items we couldn’t pack home as they would not fit in our carry on. Overall, I would stay here again!
