Over all stay was good

We had a great stage. Just issues with hair in showers and sink. The sink was clogged up. Also could use more variety in the kitchen. (Wine glasses)

Leak in unit before our stay; walked into a dirty unit

I really want to say this is a great location. However upon check-in it was quite obvious that the cleaning of the unit had not been completed. We reached out to the management group via the VRBO app within the first few minutes. The only towels supplied in our unit were wet and left on the floor. We have a family of 5 and only had 4 large towels. Within 5 minutes of check-in I was running a load of towels in the washing machine. Not an ideal way to start the vacation off. We also had a wet shower curtain and liner left in the middle of the second bedroom and there was no shower rod at all. There was a large hole in the second shower ceiling and obvious water damage. The hole was 15 inches square and you could see up to the floor above, not ideal when taking a shower. When putting away the dishes that were left in the dishwasher, a shelf fell out of the cupboard because it only had 3 of 4 shelf pegs. On the 3rd day of our stay we finally heard back from the property management group. According to them, there was a water leak in the unit above and maintenance was supposed to fix the issue however it appeared that they did not finish the job and utilized the towels in the unit to clean up the water damage. Why there was never a cleaning performed after maintenance completed their job is a mystery to us. As of today, we had not received any compensation for our stay and feel like this is not an ideal start to a vacation. Place is great, but the property management is difficult.

Door code did not work upon arrival. Then we finally get into our room it was far from clean furniture stained also had food crumbs and hair all over the couch. Property manager wasn’t much help spent entire trip setting on sheets.

Great getaway

We had a great time here. The unit was neat and had everything we needed, was nice to have televisions in bedrooms as well as living area. I think it helped that we stayed at the end of August so it wasn’t as busy…during peak season I could see the pool, beach, elevators getting pretty crowded. I did have a lot of trouble with my back (never have had before) after sleeping in the master bed though…I saw some other comments about this and would recommend upgrading this.

The beach

The room was beautiful, the location was great, the beds and pillows were horrible and the dryer squeaked so badly you could not stay in the room while it was running. The door going from the living area to the balcony was very hard to open and close. I waited 45 minutes, in line, just to get a parking pass. The pool was not open the hours it was supposed to be open.

The condo was the perfect size for our family of four and was recently renovated. My complaints about 1113 are: (1) The dryer was so noisy, we couldn’t run it after bedtime or while trying to watch tv. (2) The showers were not very clean. There was mold in both bathrooms. The Phoenix 5 as a whole offered nice amenities, but was very crowded. We waiting as long as 10-15 minutes in line for elevators. It was also challenging finding an open chair and room in the pool to swim.

Beach Getaway

The furnishings of the condo were very pretty. The water pressure was very low and the guest bathroom sink drains very slow. Dishes left in dishwasher and some underwear in bathroom floor. Didn’t feel like it was cleaned very well. Was not sent a code to check in until after I called at 4:30. Enjoyed the view and the inside pool. Was ok for a 3 night stay but would not want to stay any longer. Overall just ok.

Enjoyed our beach trip…but the following list would have improved our experience: Checkin process to get a parking pass was lengthy and painful..our clerk seemed to struggle with the process and kept asking me my name, dates of stay and number in party despite providing this info on arrival, we had to pay $130 to have 2 parking passes under cover (not the $50 per pass as listed in every reservation email—nothing differentiates covered or uncovered parking with cost differences)-I went over to the Brett Robinson desk to clarify the parking costs and the clerk told me he had nothing to offer/basically shrugged his shoulders at me; also had to make a second trip to the clerk as arm bands were not given to the first 2 in our party (clerk assured me they were given),our unit had ceiling fans in each bedroom-one was totally broken/not working..the other was so loud you couldn’t run it and sleep; both toilet seats will not raise and stay up—beware to male guests; the rug under the master bed is a trip hazard/needs adhesive on corners…late check in of 4:30pm..no option for early checkin at all and reservation emails actually say “do not call and ask if you can check in any earlier “

Beautiful Condo w/ Great View but Poorly Maintained

The condo is decorated beautifully and the bathroom and kitchen updates are lovely, but unfortunately the updates haven’t been maintained well. There was a large gash in the drywall in the living room and a large picture in the dining nook was hanging by one side. The dresser in the master bedroom had a section that was damaged and the rugs looked very dingy. The interior doors were filthy and felt sticky every time you touched the door. The light switches and remotes for the two bedrooms didn’t work so we couldn’t use the lights or ceiling fans. We reported the issue and were told maintenance would come by to fix it, but they never did. The view was spectacular though and our young daughter loved the pool and splash pad. The location of the property is great.

Spacious with Beautiful Views

This was the perfect place to stay with our two children and my parents. Plenty of space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We spent plenty of time out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful Gulf view. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great views and updated condo

We loved everything about this condo except: we disliked that there were no screens on the sliding doors and there were some birds around, we couldn’t get the overhead lights to work only the lamps, and lastly the king bed was very noisy and squeaky getting in and out or tossing and turning. Otherwise everything was great and the property manager went above and beyond and very quick to respond. The building, pool and hot tubs are also really nice.
