Nice, accurate,clean

Nice property. Description was accurate. Fantastic view. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Check in process was a bit lengthy and the key was hard to find, but otherwise ok. 5th floor corner unit. Very nice and like the pics/description. Only drawback is the mattresses are old and saggy, and the patio furniture needs replacing. Otherwise great.

Owner is very responsive and any questions asked were promptly answered. Condo is very roomy and right on the beach. Beds could have been more comfortable. Wish the pool would have been cleaner. Only 1 elevator and it was kinda slow but that was not a deal breaker. Rent this condo, you will have a great time!!

1. Curtains in bedroom in the back are nearly falling down 2. Rug in the back bathroom is super dirty. 3. Dirty floors...I mopped them twice and used 20 swifter wet pads and they were black. Property manager offered to have cleaning crew come back, I declined as we had already unpacked. 4. Furniture in the living space is not what is pictured in the listing. In the listing the furniture is leather or similar, in the condo the furniture was fabric and was quite worn. Pros- great location, good amenities, love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Would consider staying again if some things improved.

Lovely condo. Closed beach.

The condo and balcony were fantastic. The beach directly in front of the condo was closed the entire time we were there but not the hosts fault on that. We just had to enjoy our time at the pool and on the balcony instead. Plenty of room for all of us and excellent communication from the host.

Nice Unit. NO Canopy allowed

Nice clean condo. Good communication with leasing company. Only complaint is, for some unknown reason, cannot have a canopy on beach in front of condo. Have to walk all they way down to condos on either side of the property. Can be a hassle if others get there first, creating a long walk with kids.

After disastrous check in good vacation.

We arrived on 5/28 to find someone else in our room, couldn't figure out why the key code didn't work and while my daughter was trying to figure it out a man and his family walked up and unlocked the door and went in, when my daughter tried to tell him it was our room he was very rude, we called sunset properties and when I told the lady the problem she said she wasn't in town but she would get someone local to come down and see what was going on, apparently the owner rented it to someone else and didn't let sunset know, I tried to get the number of the property owner to call him but sunset wouldn't give me his number but said they would give him the message but i never heard from him , no apology nothing! This could have been a very volatile situation and when you pay over 3,000 dollars for a condo that had been rented since January it's ridiculous, I have never had this happen in all the years I have used vrbo plus it was 30.00 dollars per car to park which we didn't know and there was no handsoap in any of the bathrooms! I will never rent from this owner again!!

We absolutely loved it here! Only thing anyone coming here should know is parking cost 30.00 during your stay. But that gulf view was amazing and you could open that bedroom door and listen to those waves 😍😍

A Few Quirks!

Great location and beautiful views! The overall unit was very nice - once we were able to access the property. Check-in instructions (specifically key location) was not clear. There were several electrical outlets - in kitchen and bathrooms which did not work or could not be used because of their location (beachfront master). We had 2 adults in the unit and there was not enough towels in the bathrooms (one set per bathroom) or the kitchen. Bring your own! The beachfront master shower had not been cleaned before our arrival. The overall look of the unit was very nice and the staff at the leasing office were friendly

Great time at Ocean House II 2506

This condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, spacious room, and great amenities. We had a great time and felt at home. We loved having a bathroom connected to each of the 3 bedrooms. The balcony provided a great view from the 5th floor but the walk to the beach was short and easy. We will definitely try to book this same condo in the future. Great experience!
