Property was very nice. Super close to beach and pools. Beds were super comfy. Biggest negative for us was that the second bedroom had a window that looked out on the community hallway. It was extremely noisy for the people sleeping in that room. Beach was great and lack of crowds was awesome!!

We were very pleased with our stay and had no problems. The area is beautiful and not super crowded. Very family oriented. There are many restaurants and things to do in this area without having to drive all the way back into Gulf Shores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The boardwalk was close to the room and the beach wasn't crowded at all. The fridge had an ice machine in the freezer so we didn't have to worry about buying ice for our little cooler every day. Cons: When looking for the building the room was in we initially were looking for one that overlooked the pool/view of the beach but that was not the case. The room view is to the parking lot, wish I would've caught that because we wanted a view of the beach when booking a room for our vacation. I think it might be time to upgrade the shower/tub because they were yellow in both bathrooms. If you have kids make sure you take paper plates/cups because all dishes are glass. Overall, we had a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Being right on the beach was great, and we also enjoyed the pools and hot tub! The condo was clean and accommodated our whole crew. The only thing we ended up needing was handsoap because the bottles in both bathrooms were empty, and we did run out of toilet paper. That was an easy fix though, with a Dollar General right down the road. We would definitely stay here again!! Great for family vacation!

Great stay at the beach away from big crowds. Host was super quick to respond to a minor issue. Everything was as expected. Short walk down the boardwalk to the gulf, then a dip in a very nice pool area. We enjoyed our little getaway.

Everything was wonderful. The place was spotless when we got there. Walking to the beach was easy, and the laundry area was so close. The owner was super quick to respond when we contacted him. He let us check in early because no one has stayed there the day before our arrival. I would give our stay a 10 star rating if I could. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Nice and clean and as advertised EXCEPT for the picture of the beach, that appears to be taken from the balcony. The actual view from the balcony is of the parking lot. Did particularly enjoy having an "over 21" pool separate from the kiddos. Would have appreciated a selection or choice of bed pillows. I recognize that I'm weird in my pillow preferences, but I would have preferred either a very soft pillow or a very flat (low loft) pillow. As I recognize that one type doesn't please everyone, perhaps choices would be great !!

Overall we had a great stay.. the only thing was the chairs on the balcony weren't replaced before we arrived. Great communication with the owners. Would book again!

Beware of dishonest host. Disappointed to see that the host charged us $200 claiming that we destroyed the balcony chairs. The chairs were demolished- completely unusable when we arrived. We even found pieces of the dry rotted chair in a random drawer in the living room the night we arrived. Never once even attempted to sit in them. If we were responsible, I wouldn’t waste my time disputing the claim and would be happy to pay for the damages. Owner simply didn’t want to pay for new chairs that needed replacing. My fault for not taking pics.. I’ve never dealt with a host that is so blatantly dishonest. The only damages I can own up to would be the (very cheap) sheets on the (very uncomfortable) bed. We did get sunless tanner on the sheets which did unfortunately leave a pink stain.. that we take full responsibility for and would expect to be charged for. The room was nasty.. sleeper sofa was unusable due to dirty sheets with Oreo crumbs and who knows what else. Dust and hair everywhere, pee on the walls, mold in the sink.. spent the first night cleaning just to make it livable for a week. Also should note the roach crawling above my head in the middle of the night.. nice touch. It’s doable, but make sure you take pictures of everything upon arriving and departing.. won’t make that mistake again. Positives: We did like the property.. easy access to the beach and pools/hot tub were nice. I would suggest the building but would choose another room if I could do it over.

Property was nice and “off the beaten path” a little but that’s what we wanted. Nice place with nice pools and great beach access. Bring TP and paper towels. Only 1 roll of towels and 1 roll of TP for each bathroom was available.

The condo was definitely not the cleanest. Kitchen appliances had not been wiped down. There was sand all over the floor. Something splattered on the wall in the front bedroom and crud on the wall in the shower. Dirty curtains. Dirty kitchen table. I'm not sure who cleans the condo but they are definitely not doing a good job. The indoor pool outside of our building was closed for repair. The bathrooms at the outdoor pool were out of service. It was disappointing.

Overall the experience was very positive. The pool was very clean and warm. Easy access to the beach. First level was great with kids. The outside hallway and inside the room did have several mosquitoes and my kids are coming home with bites. We would absolutely stay at this condo again and can’t wait until our next trip to the beach!

Positives: clean, great location, really close to beach and pool, updated condo, first floor convenience! The black out curtains allowed us to sleep in! Negatives: you can hear people above you. Also, I would pack your own frying pan. That’s the only thing in the kitchen that didn’t fit our needs. Would definitely stay again!!

The floors may have been swept, but they weren't mopped. There were spots under the coffee table where liquid had been spilled. There was popcorn on the coffee table, under the TV stand and under the recliner. There was also a empty can under the recliner. The kitchen sink had bits of food in it. It may have been remodeled 3 years ago, but the couch is stained, uncomfortable and has a bleach mark on the arm. The recliner doesn't stay in a reclined position. The mechanism releases after a bit and startles you. The beds are pretty hard. One morning we woke up and someone had thrown crackers on our daughter's car. They had dried on and we couldn't get them off by hand. The same morning we woke up to watermelon pieces in the bed of our truck.
