Beautiful view, clean accommodations and comfortable beds. There was some wind wear and tear from the beach on the slider blinds. That was minor. Otherwise just the perfect beach front vacation. I loved and enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable & great beach access

This condo is directly beach front, only a few steps to the beach. We did not like that there was only 1 key fob to get in and off the beach. Access however was good. Overall the bed, rooms were comfortable. The unit is showing definite wear, but nothing that would keep us from enjoying our stay. Communication with management was lacking a bit, even though we received check in info, I had to request the key code after 3pm. This is a nice unit. I would recommend to others.

unhappy customer

check in process as a breeze. however several things went wrong. no AC our first night, guest bedroom tv not working and dishwasher was full of water. property manager addressed issues quickly. property was dirty. our feet were black from the floors, dirt flying off of ceiling fans. furniture is so uncomfortable. sofa sinks in the middle. couldn’t sit on balcony due to weed and cigarette smoking from other tenants. this property needs some TLC. will not rent again.

Awesome and Relaxing

It was a perfect stay and the view was better than expected. I only had a few recommendations for the property owner. In the bathroom a grab bar would be nice for people of my age and older when getting out of the shower. In the kitchen a step stool so we can reach items on the top shelves for us short people. LOL . For the laundry area, french doors would work out much better than sliders. You have to empty your clothes into a basket and then close the sliders to open the other side and then put in the drier. If you had french doors you could reach each machine when doing laundry. The dishwasher was full from the previous occupants but I put them away to make room for ours. I'm just glad they were clean. Other than those few recommendations the condo was wonderful. Loved the colors. Balcony was awesome, especially coming off the bedroom. I want to come back when the weather is cooler so I can sleep with the balcany door open and hear the ocean. Thank you so much for a well needed relaxing vacation.

Good place, great location and beautiful views

All in all, it was a decent place. Clean, great location, and an absolutely beautiful view!! A few minor issues. The deck chairs need sanding, or covers or something. Due to wear and tear, there are spiky things (for lack of a better term) sticking out and you have to put a towel down, or else they hurt when you sit. Or damage your clothes. My hubby has a pair of ruined shorts now from sitting there before we realized the issue. Need heavier gauge, longer shower curtains. The current ones are paper thin and they blow around and stick to you while you're showering. And they do little to stop water from spraying out onto the floor. They only provide one parking pass. If you need an additional one, it's $55 plus tax. We weren't amused. Key tags to get around the property to get to the beach and pool etc. They don't work - unless you stick your arm out through the fence to reach the outside unit. Which isn't always possible. Several times we had to just stand there and wait for somebody to return from the beach and open the gate to let us out. The whole building needs serious updating, but again, nothing super horrible. We enjoyed our stay!
