Welcome to your bright and spacious beach retreat, located in Gulf Shores! This fun-filled escape is perfect for families and groups, offering a comfortable coastal experience across two floors.

Shared Property: This listing is for the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. The 1st-floor unit is a separate rental and may be occupied by other guests.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self check-in process. While we won't be on-site, we are always available via the app or phone if you need anything during your stay. Our goal is to ensure you have a wonderful and seamless experience.

The Neighborhood: West Beach Serenity

Our home is located in the heart of West Beach, the most iconic and relaxing stretch of Gulf Shores. This area is uniquely narrow, meaning you are nestled in a "sweet spot" with the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico just steps to your south and the calm, sunset-rich waters of Little Lagoon just to your north.

Why guests love West Beach: You’re away from the high-rise congestion of the "Main Public Beach," giving you more elbow room on the sand while still having dedicated beach access points just seconds away.

The Best of Both Worlds: Spend your morning paddleboarding or fishing in the glassy waters of Little Lagoon, and your afternoon body-surfing in the Gulf waves.

Walkability & Dining: You are just about 1.5 miles from the "T" (the center of town). You’re close enough for a quick bike ride or a 3-minute drive to The Hangout, Bahama Bob’s, and Pink Pony Pub, but far enough away that the nightly festivals won't keep you awake.

Nature & Pass Park: We are a short distance from Lagoon Pass Park, a local favorite where the lagoon meets the Gulf. It’s a fantastic spot for fishing, watching the boats go through the pass, or letting the kids play in the shallow, calm tidal pools. Whether you're here for a high-energy beach vacation or a quiet retreat watching the herons on the lagoon, West Beach offers the most authentic "Island Life" experience in Gulf Shores.

Guests will enjoy seamless self check-in and have private access to the entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the property via a dedicated private entrance. Your private space includes a patio/balcony.

You will also have access to several shared outdoor amenities, which may be used by guests of the 1st-floor unit. These include:
A beach station with premium chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys
An outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sun
A BBQ grill for cookouts

Parking is included with five free, dedicated spaces on the premises.


This property is a classic, older beach cottage styled with traditional coastal decor. We intentionally keep things simple and low-fuss so you can relax after a day in the sand without worrying about pristine, modern luxury furnishings. While this nostalgic vibe isn't everyone's personal taste, we take great pride in keeping the house spotlessly clean, functional, and fully equipped for a relaxed beach trip.

Biking: This is a very bike-friendly stretch of West Beach Blvd. Many guests enjoy the 1.5-mile scenic ride down to the "T-Intersection" (the main town center).

***Local Tip: Check out Gulf Shores Bike Rentals or Tiki’s Bikes nearby if you want to explore the 28+ miles of trails in Gulf State Park!

Parking: At the property, we provide dedicated off-street parking space for up to 5 vehicles in the shared parking area. Please note that street parking on Beach Blvd is strictly prohibited and monitored by the city.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are both active in Gulf Shores. They are a great, affordable option for heading to The Hangout or Flora-Bama if you want to skip the search for public parking.

Exploring the Island: If you're feeling adventurous, the Mobile Bay Ferry (20 mins west) can take you and your car over to Dauphin Island for a unique day trip!

Thanks for choosing us for your stay, we are delighted to have you! Below is some helpful information. If you need anything, please send us a message on the platform.

1. Quiet Hours & Neighbors: This property can be booked in three ways: the entire house (all 3 floors, 6 beds/5 baths), the upper unit (2nd and 3rd floors, 4 beds/3 baths for up to 10 guests), or the bottom floor (2 beds/2 baths for up to 6 guests).Please note that when the upper and lower units are rented to separate groups simultaneously, guests on the bottom floor can hear footsteps from above. For light sleepers, the bottom floor includes white noise machines and earplugs. We ask all Upper-unit guests to be mindful of noise and all guests must respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
2. Local Guests Bookings: Locals are prohibited from booking a 1 night stay, to protect the grounds and keep it from being booked as a party house. You are considered a local guest if you reside within 50 miles of the property.
3. Occupancy & Visitors: Please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number of overnight guests. In the event you have daytime guests not staying overnight, we ask you share these plans with the host before booking.
4. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends with a surcharge of $150 per pet, per stay. We accept up to 50 lbs. No aggressive breeds. Please notify us at booking inquiry: the animal's breed, and approximate weight. Pets must be continent and potty trained. Owners must include the pet(s) in the reservation booking. Please leash your pet for walks, and clean up all waste or hair from your pet (inside and outside). No pets on furniture or beds. If your pet’s feet are muddy, sandy, or wet please wipe them off before allowing your pet to move about the house. Please keep your pet quiet, especially during quiet hours, so as not to disturb other guests on the property or the neighbors.
5. Parties/Special events: No parties are allowed.
6. Smoke Free/Drug Free Property: No smoking, vaping, or cannabis is allowed inside the home. No illegal drugs allowed on the property.
7. Sand: Please rinse yourself off at the outdoor shower before going inside the house to avoid sand on the floor, furniture and in the showers. Please shake out any towels or clothing that contain sand before placing it in the washer to avoid damaging the machine.
8. Plumbing: No unsavories or feminine hygiene products/diapers down the toilet or sewage system. This will greatly inconvenience your stay and future stays.
9. No Open Flames: For the safety of our guests and the property, candles, incense, fireworks, and other open flames are not permitted anywhere inside the home.
10. Coastal Wildlife & Insects: Nature is a beautiful part of our location, which means you may encounter some local coastal wildlife, including seasonal insects like mosquitoes, ants, or beetles. While we maintain a strict pest control schedule, we cannot guarantee a bug-free environment and do not offer refunds for natural wildlife encounters. Please help keep pests outside by keeping doors closed and storing food properly.
11. Mid-Stay Cleaning (Stays Over 14 Days): For reservations longer than 14 days, a professional cleaning is required every two weeks to help maintain the property's cleanliness and condition. These cleanings must be scheduled through our approved cleaning team and purchased directly through the guest portal.
12. Utilities, Weather & Unforeseen Events: While we do everything in our power to ensure a smooth stay, certain circumstances, such as area power outages, utility disruptions (water, internet, or cable), municipal maintenance, and severe weather, are beyond our control. We are unable to offer refunds, date modifications, or compensation for disruptions caused by weather, natural elements, or utility provider outages. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance prior to your trip to cover any unexpected travel delays or disruptions.
13. Left-Behind Items: Before departing, please take a moment to check closets, drawers, and under beds for personal belongings.
14. We will charge an extra guest fee of $25 per extra guest, per night for over 12 guests.
