The condo was great. We like being able to go straight to the beach, which is right where we were. Close to all the restaurants and shops, just walking distance from anything.

Most affordable beach stay so far!

Great walking distance to the HUB, shopping and tons of activities. We will definitely be back! Great stay for the price. So much AMAZING and affordable seafood joints !! We ate out every night and didn’t break the bank.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was nice. A little dated but enjoyable. On arrival the floors were dirty. Appeared swept but not mopped. My grandsons knees and feet were black after crawling around. One of the dining room chairs disrepair. After contacting the office, Someone offered to have cleaning crew.and maintenance come out. I responded not that big a deal, just wanted to advise them. Guaranteed someone would check it after our departure. Other than that good place to stay.

Gulf Shores Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed it just like the previous stays we've had at Clearwater. Just a couple of minor things. The toaster would not work unless you held the lever down when making toast. Not a big deal but maybe needs looking at. The ice maker does not work but maybe this is by design in case someone would leave without turning it off. Again not a big deal we just used the cube trays. Also there was no vacuum. We like to vacuum before we leave. My husband was taught that when you borrow or use something that belongs to someone else you always leave or return it in the same or better condition than it was when you received it. Again no big deal. We'll definitely be back. You can bet on it. We love the place!!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been coming to GS for over 10 years. I found this unit to have the best stocked kitchen of any place I stayed. The location is right on the beach, beds were very comfortable, furnishings were very nice. The balcony is small but sufficient. The only thing I would say needs attention is the dishwasher as it isn’t bolted in place and falls forward on you when you open the door. The stove is usable but outdated.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the sign on the street needed to be bigger or lighted to see the entrance better but we found it. We had a great time!

We have stayed at this condo complex 3 times and this unit was the last unit available. We were reluctant because of the decor, but was assured it was improving and it did. The unit was unfortunately not cleaned very well, but I am not one to complain. They have everything you need in a kitchen for your stay. I will say we needed the sofa sleeper and this was not a sofa sleeper. So they need to update the amenities. Over all we were happy as usual with our stay, except we had a stormy week. Location amazing. Bender Reality is amazing!! I just wish the world would get back to normal, it was very hard to eat out and wait times were horrible! We love this place and Gulf Shores!!

The room was just like it was pictured. Kind of over the top. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. All of the outside furniture was cheap plastic and most of the inside furniture was wicker. If you are a fluffy person this may not be your first choice. The condo feels like some one bought it and decorated it to look like a beach condo but had no intentions of ever being there. I would love to stay in the building again. I would not stay in this condo again.

Get a new cleaning service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was in a good location, nice view, the cleanliness could have been a lot better. The return vent in living room was very bad. I cleaned it. The vent above the bar was blowing dust all over the ceiling that was very noticeable . The toilets could not have possibly been cleaned under the rim in maybe 6 months or better, solid black. The repair man did come within a few hours to unclog our bathtubs. That was a relief . The shelf in the refrigerator came loose a couple of times but I fixed that too. I really recommend a new cleaning service. I feel I cleaned enough to have a refund on our cleaning fees.
