On The Sand Gem

The location, decor (nautical/beachy), and furnishings were excellent!! Only one small negative. It would have been a plus if the property had slightly better provisions......salt and pepper, napkins, and facial tissue. But those issues are very minor. If ever we visit Gulf Shores again, we'll definitely stay there!!

2025 Get away

Location and view are outstanding, Couch-and chairs very uncomfortable, completely worn out need to be replaced.Had a furnace problem, Harris properties responded well.

Very nice place

Very clean place had a couple of outlets that did not work one on the deck and one in the bedroom we let them know so they could adress the problem very nice location and awsome beach

Absolute Perfection!

Best place we’ve stayed! You cannot beat the location. This was our first time staying in a home on the beach and it was worth it!! The house was clean, updated, and beautifully decorated. Each room has an amazing view of the Gulf. The back deck was perfect for morning coffee and sitting out listening to the waves at night. Only feedback would be that the kitchen wasn’t stocked as well as we’d liked but we certainly made-do. There were plenty of towels, comfortable beds and living room furniture. For anyone planning to stay, take extra disposable cutlery. There was a large forest fire less than 2 miles from the home which had us a little concerned, but the management company reached out to let us know they were aware and would provide updates.

Nice, clean house right on the beach!

Very clean & updated. Beds are comfy and linens/pillows were very nice. Amazing access to beach as well as views from house. Open communication with property manager & efficient check in/out process.

Fantastic little house. Recently renovated for a coastal feel without being too Theme like. Had a minor issue but property manager fixed immediately and even gave us gift card for dinner at Tacky Jacks. We love visiting Fort Morgan beach and try a different house each time. We’d definitely book this one again for next year but it’s already taken!!

Second stay even better

We stayed at this property two years ago. We loved it so much that we came back. Updates had been made to the kitchen and bathrooms which made our stay even better. We hope to return again soon.

Perfect distance from the beach

Fort Morgan Beach 10/10

The other reviews are spot on! This property is one of a kind! Recently upgraded and private beach is what makes it all worth it. Cool AC during the latest heat wave worked great! Our group of 8 will do this again next year.

Just Right

We were looking for a place right on the beach away from the commercial properties and this house was perfect. The beach is clean and not over crowded. Friendly polite neighbors. I’ll definitely recommend this to others and plan on coming back again!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This was our first trip to Fort Morgan, and we will definitely be back! The home was the perfect size for our family of 4 (plus 2 pups). It was very beach friendly and beautifully decorated. It was so nice to walk out the back door and be on the beach! It was not crowded at all, and we visited during a holiday weekend. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. We did bring extra tp, paper towels, and laundry soap; after reading previous reviews we knew that we would run out of these things (1 roll was provided per bathroom). I highly recommend going to the store before settling into the house since most stores are at least 10-15 miles away (with the exception of some smaller stores). We have visited several beaches and stayed in many vrbo’s, and this was definitely one of our favorites!

Excellent beach front property

Cozy house right on the beach. We have stayed in this house a few times now. Perfect location. The amazing Sassy Bass is 2 minutes away! What can I say, we love it

Location, perfecto!

The location of this property is amazing. The setup of the home exterior and interior is perfect. The home still needs some work but it’s comfortable m, has nice furnishings. The beds are amazing to sleep in. The shower and bathtub have some room for improvement as well the cleanliness could be improved some. Overall, a great place and we would book again.
