    Welcome to Beachview Condominiums! Immerse yourself in the beautiful Gulf Shores, AL, scenery; this condominium is nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores, just across from the beach, The Hangout, and nearby many other attractions and restaurants. This is the perfect location for beach fun and fresh Gulf seafood.

    This beautifully-decorated condo is a 3-bedroom/ 2-bathroom unit waiting to host you and your party! Chill out and watch some TV or just relax in the living room that runs into the dining room and kitchen to form a spacious, open floor plan. All of your loved ones will enjoy how connected the whole party will be. The kitchen is fully stocked to fulfill your cooking needs.

    The lovely Master bedroom holds a queen-size bed and connects to the Master bathroom holding a walk-in shower. The next bedroom holds one double-size bed and a Smart TV for our guests' entertainment. The last bedroom is furnished with two double-sized beds for your little ones! Another full sized bathroom is available containing a tub/shower combo to soak away the sun and sand of the day!

    Sunny Daze offers many amenities for you that we are sure you will appreciate:
    - WiFi Access
    - Covered Parking (1 pass per unit)
    - Communal Laundry Machines- down the hall and priced at $1.75 a load.
    - Walking Distance from the Beach
    - Smart TVs

    Don't forget to bring:
    While Lucky Bird provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

    Beachview 200 is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Monthly rental rates are available November 1st - March 1st.

The location is absolutely great. The condo itself could use some updating but still was a good place to stay. We had issues with the toilets when we first arrived. The master bathroom toilet would not flush at all. After I removed the back it worked fine just a part in there on wrong I assume The guest bathroom wouldn’t flush unless you added water to it. By the second day it was finally flushing correctly. None of the lamps worked and there was a sheer white curtain over the master bedroom window. I found a darker one in the closet that I put over it and it helped a lot. The fridge doesn’t have an ice maker or ice trays like other places we’ve stayed at so you’ll definitely need ice I sent an email about toilets right after we checked in on 6/29/25. Still have not received a reply on 7/7/25 on the matter. It all ended up working out after we got the toilet situations resolved. Overall it’s a good place that serves the purpose. Because of the location I’d definitely stay again.

Lamps didn’t work, towel rack fell down2nd barroom. .. I put back up for you, toilet in main bed room needs fixed. Kept running unless you mess with handle a lot. Other than just needing to do some usual maintenance it was over all good. Laundry room was clean and machines worked. We were very pleased with the stay over all. Will recommend to friends.

Close to beach - GREAT LOCATION!!!!

It was everyone in our group's first visit to Gulf Shores. It was also our first VRBO. We loved every bit of it. From booking, to checking in and out, and everything they said, and pictures, were exactly as provided. Would definitely stay with them again.

Fun Weekend Getaway

Our trip consisted of 3 couples. We all enjoyed having our own rooms. Kitchen is small and there’s no dishwasher, but if you don’t plan on making elaborate meals, it works great. Living area is easily big enough for everyone. If you’ve got a group of people and you want to be around everything going on, you can’t beat this place at this price. Super convenient to everything we needed - we didn’t move the car all weekend. But then we were there just for the beach and the seafood. Nothing fancy, but that’s all we needed.

All in all the condo was suitable for our family needs for the stay. It was perfectly located near our favorite places to be. Upon arrival I parked in the Beachview designated parking area. In less than 15 minutes of parking and taking luggage up to our unit to get the parking pass the property management had left in our unit, Kings towing had towed my truck. This was not a pleasant way to start a weekend vacation. Lucky Bird weekend services were not helpful at all and had no concerns about my truck being towed. I was advised that the HOA hired the tow company to keep parking lots clear of non Beachview tenants. Even after sending a photo of the parking pass to Kings towinge and several conversations with property management and the tow company I had to get an Uber to get my truck. Even after showing that I had a parking pass to be in that parking area, the tow company was still very much unpleasant. I will be contacting the HOA for a refund of some sort. For anyone planning to stay at Beachview, please do not leave your vehicle unattended for any amount of time in their designated parking area. You WILL get towed at your expense

Very clean and was just like the pics on website!! We did have issue with the cable working called the number they gave us and they came right out and fixed it!! Perfect location we could walk to everything even across the road from the beach!!! Definitely will book again!!!

It was fine be. There were a few inconveniences. For example, sheer curtains made to rooms to bright at night. The air conditioning unit was too loud and woke me up several times. Not enough hooks for 8 people to hang towels and wet suits. Not enough towels for 8 people. The unit pics made me think there was a balcony but there is not
