Lovely location.

The area was perfect with the beach just steps away from the building. Local things to do was only 20 to 30 minutes away with great places to eat. The problem areas were the beds were rock hard. In the picture they look like they are thick and comfy but they literally made every one sore and hurting. There was a chair in a bedroom that we had to cover with a sheet because it was peeling so bad and getting all over everything it belongs in the trash. There was only 1 pod to use in the dishwasher a tiny bottle of watered down dish soap. Over all we loved the facility but would have to verify ownership of the room before going there again.

The toilet in the kids bathroom wouldnt stop running there was no tv for the kids to go to sleep with so they had to sleep with us.the main tv in the living room didnt work correctly.

Quick getaway

All in all a pleasant stay. The only issue was the main door. It was hard to open and close (in need of some adjusting). Small children and older adults ( my mother) are not strong enough to push or pull the door open or closed. The accommodations were well suited for our family with plenty of room. The view was great and the property surrounding the condo was very well thought out. We will be returning back to Fort Morgan.

First time in Gulf Shores

This was our first time in Gulf Shores. We loved the area. This condo met all of our needs beautifully. I’m pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness. And I do know that it’s not the owners fault, but the property management that hires the staff. That being said, the property manager should make sure the staff is doing a good job. On our arrival, all seemed good except for the big patio doors. They were full of little kids hand prints up to about waist high on both sets of doors along with face smudges. You could mot help but see them as it’s the first thing you notice when looking out at the view. That made us start checking around the unit. We found price tags and dust bunnies under the master bed, a glow stick, Candy wrapper, and more dust bunnies under the couch. After siting in the recliners (which DEFINITELY need to be replaced!) there was a child’s shirt, stuck down in the side of one. And under a couch cushion was a sock! There was no mop for cleaning so we texted housekeeping and told them of the issues. They sent us up a mop and bucket, which was just fine with us. We bought cleaning supplies when we went grocery shopping and cleaned the windows and floors ourselves. The condo could use a bit more of decor. It’s pretty bland. But then that could be because owners have not had a chance to do so after the renovations from the damage that was sustained after the hurricane. The only other thing is, if you are explorers like us, you may want to get a place closer to town. This is about 12 miles out from Gulf Shores. It’s a drive everyday, but the beach is wonderful to walk. It’s quiet and not amongst the hustle and bustle. It’s your preference.

The air conditioner was not working properly, it did not have 4 bathrooms, and extended construction took out 2 and sometimes 3 elevators for the entire building.

Trip cut short - evacuated due to hurricane Sally

Overall this place was wonderful. Easy check in process, clean condo, resort amenities top notch. The only complaint is that it advertised 3.5 baths and all bedrooms had adjoining baths. For one bedroom the bath was actually across the hall and there was no half bath at all. We would not have rented had we known one BR did not have connecting bathroom. Couldn’t help this situation but hurricane Sally hit and we had to leave 4 days early as there was no running water or electricity and the condo was flooding with water coming from the walls onto the floors (damage to floors above us) We would rent again at this location but probably find a unit that actually had bathrooms in all the bedrooms

Very good but...

Let me start by saying overall everything was good...there are a few things like the recliners need replaced and the ice maker was broken. What robbed this place of the 5th star was the mattresses were terrible. It is not an exaggeration to say the king and twin mattress are hard as a rock. This rendered them painful to sleep on. My kids fought every night over who got to sleep on the couch. The double was marginally better. If these things were addressed I would rebook immediately.

Great property

Great location. Beach was very nice and clean. The only complaint is that my mom said her sheets smelled a bit dirty. I did not notice the king bed sheets smelling weird. The pillows are also very flat. Bring your own pillows.

Notes on coffee maker and refrigerator ice maker to accept dysfunction. Dryer extremely loud and off balance and near it’s wear life. TV in living room not functional. Got batteries for remote but no cable box for function. Wash clothes dirty upon arrival.

Gorgeous views

We wish we could have stayed longer! Great location, unbelievable views, beautiful & well maintained property. The mobility ramp down to the sand allowed our oldest to get down to the beach safely with her walker! Loved it!!

Gorgeous view and relaxing

This property is well maintained and has gorgeous view from the balcony and inside the rooms. We stayed over July 4th and the fireworks were spectacular. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.
