Family Vacation

This place is absolutely amazing. Everything was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable and the views were fantastic. Anything you could need was in walking distance. I highly recommend this place especially if you have young children. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Love the Phoenix, not the condo

This was our first time staying at the Phoenix and we will definitely stay again. We loved the phoenix property itself, the size and the layout of the condo, the balcony, as well as the storage room across the hall. This particular condo, however, has some issues. Many of the wall outlets did not work or only one of the plugs in the outlet would work. The outlets themselves were the most difficult outlets to actually plug something into- I don’t know if there some kind of child protection going on with them but we had to shove our phone chargers in so hard and it would always spark. Kinda scary. The front door stopper wouldn’t stay up. It was great when we were bringing things in but someone had to hold it up for the door to close. There is nothing you can do about the brightness of the hallway lighting but better curtains in the two secondary bedrooms are needed. The light comes in from the bottom, top and edges. The balcony was great. Plenty of seating. This may have been user error but we couldn’t get the tvs to turn off. We could get the cable box off but the screensaver would just stay on. The remote power button would just turn the cable box back on.

Family Spring Break Trip

We had a great time at this property. The beach is really nice, and having a grocery store, pizza place and Jersey Mike's across the street was very convenient. The unit was clean, and the storage closet across the hall for sandy beach gear is great. The parking is close and covered.One thing to note is that if there is lightening within 10 miles of the property, they do close the indoor pool and hot tubs. We had storms the first day and a half we were there, so it was disappointing my kids couldn't use these facilities. I'm not sure what the rules are in other buildings, but they were swimming at the Hampton Inn next door.

Perfect!

Loved our stay! We definitely would come here again! The location is perfect. It just takes a short walk out past the pool to be right at the beach. The view from the huge balcony is amazing and we loved the big glass windows and sliding doors. It’s close to a couple grocery stores and restaurants so it’s easy to grab food. The check in process is super easy. We loved the keypad on the door, so there wasn’t any key to worry about keeping track of while at the water. The storage unit in the hallway next to the condo is also very convenient. We brought a lot of beach toys and chairs etc but still had plenty of space for it all and room for a lot more if needed. It was cooler but my kids still played in the lazy river and slide. The indoor pool was heated and there’s two nice big hot tubs to warm up in. We really enjoyed this rental and would definitely come again.
