  • Casa Blanca is a luxurious 4 bedroom, brand new construction house, just steps to the beautiful beach of Gulf Shores and Lagoon with pool and jacuzzi.
    This house offers you everything you will need for a perfect vacation. Large living room area, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room.
    Upstairs you will find:
    2 ensuite large bedrooms with king beds.
    Queen bedroom
    2 bunk beds
    The two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
    Outside:
    4 parking car garage
    2 pools and one hot tub

    To book this property, you & your party of occupants or guests or visitors, agrees to this Vacation Occupancy agreement, described below.

    Vacation Occupancy is not considered Tenant Occupancy under this Law.

    "Guest" "Responsible Party" "You" refers to the individual who is making the booking and all of your guests who will be staying at this property.

    For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree to the following:

     Address 115 W 10th St, # I, Gulf Shores, AL
     Maximum occupancy at rental price is 10
     Minimum age to lease is 21
     Check-in time : 3PM
     Check-out time: 10AM

    Check-in/out: We don't allow early check ins, so please don't ask. As such, don't show up early at our property on your check in day. You will receive digital key code that will be valid only thru the duration of your stay, strict to the check in and check out times. We monitor check in and check out for your safety. Please don't check out late, as beyond the checkout time, you may be charged five hundred US dollars per day and still be subjected to vacate the premises the same day. If circumstances are extraneous such as an emergency, you must seek permission from us via booking platform messaging, well ahead of your check out time.

    Payment & Cancellation Policy: All payments are subjected to cancellation policy as per your booking platform. All payments must be made through this booking platform.

    Damages: If there are damages, inspections performed & evidence gathered will be shared with booking platform and you. We will bill you for any damages to the property or furnishings, any mess or odors requiring cleaning above and beyond the fee already paid to the cleaning company, any charges billed to the owner by municipality due to the actions of you or your guests, and/or any evidence of rule violations by you or your guests (occupancy limits, age, animals, smoking, parties, events, quiet hours, good neighbor policy). Any litigation, if necessary, will be handled where this property is located.

    Cleaning Fees: The cleaning fee you pay is for normal and reasonable use of the property. In order to avoid any discrepancies of extra cleaning services needed, after your departure, we take detailed time stamped pictures of the place, immediately before your arrival and after your departure. If property is found to be trashed such as food left in freezer or refrigerator, oven with burnt grease or spills, piled dishes in kitchen or sink, food packages scattered all around, beverage bottles in various corner of the house, sand everywhere in the house, couches, chairs, beds, evidence of smoking or vaping...you get the picture - you will be subjected to an additional cleaning fees. This can get expensive so please try to be respectful of the property and leave us the property as you found it, except for normal use.

    Bugs: This is beach. During various seasons there may be bugs or ants. We are not liable for your health issues and phobias and consider, ants, insects and any other natural specimen as ordinary for the beach area. While we will always make best efforts, we would like to remind guests that mosquitos, ants, flies, bees, and any other pests are a part of the area and not a reflection of the homes cleanliness. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to keep windows and doors close so bugs don't get inside the house.

    Surroundings: Although we are in a quiet place overall, we are are still at the beach surrounded by a lot of hustle & bustle. If people outside our premises are socializing by means of smoking, drinking or being loud, it is not in our control. It is your responsibility to close all doors and windows to shield yourself from the outside. You accept the place as is.

    Supplies: The home is maintained very well, and we do our best to be sure all necessities are stored in the home. However, if we are missing some items, please let us know and we will do our best efforts to replenish these items. During your stay and because of your own use, if you run out of kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, bedroom supplies, various linens or anything else you may consider a necessity, we are not liable for your inconvenience and we will not grant any cancellations or discounts as a result of this inconvenience.

    Cancellations: You acknowledge that you have read and accept our cancellation policy on your booking platform. It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies/bad weather delays, funerals, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, early departures etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. You understand that our cancellation and refund policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

    External Security Camera: The property has a video ring doorbell located at the front door. We also have an alarm that is used only when the property is empty.

    House Rules: The house is meant for your comfort and family / personal enjoyment and is not marketed as an event space. Violation of house rules will lead to cancellation of your reservation and no refunds will be granted. As such, please note the following house rules -

    ● No early check in or late check out.
    ● No Parties! This is also banned by the platform.
    ● No smoking /vaping anywhere in the premises (not inside the unit, not outside in the porch or the balcony or the parking area).
    This is a fire hazard for our building and against HOA rules.
    ● No illegal Drugs anywhere on premises.
    ● No Pets - This property does not accept any pets (including emotional support animals).
    This is against the HOA rules and is strictly enforced!
    Please do not try to sneak them in as our cameras will detect & our property manager lives in the building. You will be asked to leave !
    ● No Balloons, or signs permitted at the home.
    ● No moving the furniture or beds around all over the house.
    ● No Fireworks, Drones or anything that can we launched into the sky.
    ● Keep out of the sand dunes area, at all times, for any purposes. This is protected area by state of AL.
    ● No trashing/littering/digging anywhere in our yards - not by adults or by children.
    ● Grilling is allowed only by the parking area.
    ● Observe Quiet Hours (10pm-7am) : If or when our neighbor complains, you have already crossed the threshold of loud noise & disruption that our neighbors can tolerate. This is a violation of quiet hours.
    ● Behaving appropriately: This is our home and we have neighbors who live here. Please be respectful to others as you are our guests.
    ● Observe maximum occupancy rules : Please be sure that the exact number of people you intend to sleep at the home is the exact number of people you book.

    CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY
    The Property is provided in “as is” condition. Rental Agent shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as internet access, cable TV access or pool as applicable. Rental Agent shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as decks, may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk. Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times.

    RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION
    Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever. Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless property owner and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases.

    RELEASE
    Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility.

    By booking this property, you are electronically accepting this agreement, you agree to abide by the above conditions, house rules and hereby swear the information you provided to your platform and to us is true. You agree to the terms of this agreement and has read and understand the cancellation policy and give your booking platform permission to charge credit card accordingly.

Great place to stay

House was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything needed to feel at home away from home. Very short walk to the beach. Host communication was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

Great location

Our kids enjoyed the pool and location to the beach. Very easy walk. Unit oversees the community pool which can be a little loud at times. But it worked well for our group having 5 children who loved to swim. We love that the host supplied a wagon, beach chairs and some towels as we flew in for the week. Loved our stay, we will be back!

Great location! Beautiful, clean property!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Blanca! It was just a short was across the street and down the boardwalk to the beach! The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with many useful items that we put to good use! Do be aware that if your traveling party has elderly or disabled members, there will be a flight of stairs to climb to get up to the front door as the parking is under the house. Also, all of the bedrooms are upstairs. Wonderful property, so much attention to detail! Would definitely stay again!

Family vacation 2025

Property was fantastic and property owner Adriana was the best. We have rented 12 different properties in from Gulf Shores to Panama City. We have never had a property owner reach out to my family after the first night to make sure everything was fine with the property and if we had any questions or needs they could help us with. Adriana was very helpful and professional like no one ever has been in the past vacations with different properties. The unit was perfect for the family and the swimming pool directly in front of the unit was amazing. We could watch the kids in the pool from the deck of the unit. The unit was so nice and comfortable especially with a restroom down stairs with the kitchen and family room. The unit was so clean and the kitchen with all the utensils and especially all the pots and pans were amazing to cook with. We would definitely recommend this unit and again the owner went above and beyond for our family and stay.
