Parking fee per vehicle was absurd. 110 for parking for 2 nights for 2 vehicles during off-season. You’d think we’re living in some big busy city like NYC. ONE roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a family. The beds were so soft and flimsy.. none of us had a good night’s sleep. Will not stay again.

We loved the size of the balcony and the view from there, the use of the owners storage room for our beach toys, the close shore line and our granddaughter loved the water slide. We also liked that there was plenty of room in the condo and the separate bar with ice machine.

We had a wonderful time. We attended a wedding on the beach..The rooms were clean and cozy. We had breakfast on the balcony. Our Family played Giggy and had a awesome funtime..Will be booking again..Thanks for the Family memories

The condo was in a great location and right on the beach. One of the extra bedrooms didn’t have blinds so you could see the glow of the lights from the balcony in the room. Overall very pleased

Condo is fabulous. Bedding is very comfortable . Only issues we had was there was only 2 small skillets, one of which is not in very good condition. And they should invest in some better flatware. Overall it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot. Easy parking, fast elevators, clean and close beach. Great spot for family. My only suggestion is to look into the dryer, we had to run clothes twice to dry them. Not a big deal. Thanks!

Everything was great with our stay here. Everything was clean. We left some things in the washer and dryer behind and realized it when we were 30 min away. We got ahold of the wonderful lady that cleans and she met us right down the road from where we were to pick them up.

Nice Condo

Our stay here was nice, it’s a great location, convenient and clean! The unit is spacious with good size bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s fairly updated and bright colors that complement the beach. The amenities are nice; the kiddos enjoyed the lazy river and pool and the adults liked the hot tub. Some of the furniture is different from the photos but just as nice; lots of seating and room to eat and relax. The unit does appear to need some maintenance and I wouldn’t 100% label it as luxury. Just a little feedback… We found a broken chair in one room, bathroom caulking is getting a bit gross and the dryer vent that stays on all the time is a bit loud. For a unit that sleeps 10, there definitely weren’t enough bath towels, there were only 8 total that we found which would mean sharing and that’s not ideal. Lastly, the bedrooms with windows to the hall lack privacy; owner should really install shutters like the other units especially to help blackout the light at night.

Overall a very nice place. Facility had plenty of activities with pools and beach. Unit was very nice with huge deck. Only concern was noise from above unit with chairs sliding on their floor. Unit was very clean and beds slept great. I would definitely stay there again.

Family Beach Vacay

The unit was lovely—spacious, clean, and updated. We particularly enjoy staying at Phoenix properties because of the indoor pool and lazy river, which is especially great for young kids. Overall, a fantastic place to stay for a relaxing family beach vacation.

This condo was clean and updated. The view of the gulf was gorgeous, the building was well maintained and the beach and pool area were very clean. I would recommend anyone stay here just know that you’ll need all the basics including but not limited toToilet paper (no extra rolls in the unit), salt and pepper or anything needed for cooking, garbage bags (if you need more than one) while I know it’s not expected to have all that I was just surprised as this was my first VRBO I’ve stayed in that had nothing.

Amazing beach vacation

We recently stayed at this stunning beachside condo, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach with breathtaking ocean views from the balcony. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen made it easy to relax and cook meals together as a family.The building amenities were fantastic, with a pool, hot tub, lazy river and even a BBQ area for evening cookouts. The host was very responsive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth and stress-free stay.If you’re looking for a relaxing and unforgettable beach vacation, this condo is the perfect choice! We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return!

Amazing Views and Location

The condo and views were amazing. The location was wonderful. The beach and lazy river were right there at or in the building. Only suggestion I have is for owner to stock condo more (spices, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent).
