An Excellent Stay

A very cozy location with a beautiful view. The stay was as listed and in a very convenient location. Pool and beach access were exceptional. The restaurant next door was convenient after a day at the beach or whenever you wanted a quick cold refreshment and their walk up bar. The only negative was the sturdiness of one of the twin bedframes (left one). Whenever we walked in, the corner of one of the beds was on the floor, but we got it fixed after a bit of handywork. Parking lot also fills quickly, but there was parking available across the street with overflow. We also went during a holiday weekend, and it was much more accessible whenever the crowds left. There was also an Island Market located directly across the street, which was pricey but very nice to have in a pinch!

Great location, extremely clean, updated decor.. LOVED THIS CONDO!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing stay this past week with my 3 children, ages 23, 20, and 16!! The condo was exactly as the pictures and description!! The location and accessibility to restaurants was awesome!! This was one of the cleanest condo’s we’ve stayed in so far!! The security guards were very friendly and helpful with parking and surveillance of the parking lots, which caused us to feel very safe going and coming throughout our stay!! I highly recommend booking Boardwalk 982!! I will definitely be returning to this condo in the future for our vacations!! Extremely pleased!!

Nice location

Great little condo! We came for the Sand in my Boots festival and were within walking distance. A convenient store was directly across the street which was very nice. The balcony could use some TLC, but overall no complaints.

Spring Break

The condo was very clean and well appointed. There were plenty of dishes and cookware. We enjoyed being on the beach which was very clean and quiet even though it was Spring Break. Just an FYI … bring all your condiments as there is not even salt and pepper available. We will definitely return!

Beautiful view

The view is breathtaking! The condo was clean when we checked in and had all the essentials we needed. Only suggestion is to have beach chairs available for the renters so we don’t have to rent them.

Great get-away!

We wanted a place to spend a weekend at the beach for our granddaughter's 17th birthday. This unit was perfect-clean, minutes away from the beach. Walking distance to Sea-N-Suds where we had dinner. Overall great experience!

First Time to Gulf Shore

Staying at this property made our first visit to Gulf Shore a great success. Everything from finding the property, to checking-in, to checking-out was very efficient. The property was clean and the view of the gulk was fantastic!!!

A bit disappointed

Booked last minute because we wanted to extend our vacation and the condo we were in we booked already. The front door was difficult to close, the condo smelled very musty, and the showers were stained. The parking was a mess as well. I probably wouldn't stay in this unit again.

Overall the condo was great and the view was excellent.

The property could use some updating. Furniture a little on the worn side. Short on toilet paper. Only one roll per bathroom. A/C needs some attention. Did not really need it but was not working properly.
