This place was super clean and so convenient to the beach, and way less busy than the other end of the beach. I liked how you could walk to the pier and how spacious the balcony is, we watched the fireworks out there and it was so nice. Do keep in mind there is no real gym/weight equipment at this location. The fitness room they have is a very small room with a treadmill and elliptical that's it no weights. Other than that the pools were nice and clean but we spent most of our time on the beach. You can walk to stuff but it's at least a mile away. The drive to get to the Dollar General is very short and it is the cheapest when it comes to beach and grocery items believe it or not also Walmart is very close too and cheaper than the Island Market. I will say we went at a very ultra busy time so restaurants were not the best when it came to service but if you cook a lot of your own meals and soak up the sun and beach you will truly be happy.

This is a great beach front property. The lanai views are gorgeous. The condo unit is clean and well stocked across the board.Good supply of towels, kitchen items and more. The host clearly communicated what the condo had, so we could pack and shop accordingly. The host was also very responsive regarding inquiries about the area (dining and attractions). This is very much appreciated. The location is a bonus, right next to the State Park, which helps relieve a bit of beach crowding, surprisingly.The only thing that would make this unit better is a larger table on the lanai for dining outside.

Perfect place to spend time on the beach!

Great property right on the beach! Felt like a private beach area for us. Accommodations were great, as advertised! Super comfortable & relaxing condo. Felt like our home away from home! Host was great with excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again!

perfect location

This location was the prime spot for Gulf Shores. The view from the balcony was fantastic for the July 4th Fireworks. The short walk to the beach made it very easy for our son and us to enjoy. The walk to the pier was SO fun and perfect. The parking deck is my ONLY complaint as far as location- most of the parking lot was full of larger vehicles, and the upper deck DOES NOT accommodate anything bigger than a four door sedan. We did not see the sign that warns against larger vehicles so we paid the price. But the complex was safe, family friendly, beautiful location. And Belva was Absolutely the best host I have ever worked with. Wonderful communication, makes you feel like you're going home. I will say, I also did not realize that Gulf Shores was a little like Panama City as far as the "Strip", hectic, terrible traffic and not as quiet as we had hoped for. However, the location of this condo and the beach and pier made it all worth it. If you're bringing family, plan to cook and stay on the balcony or at the beach. No need to go anywhere else!

What a week!

A beautiful condo with a panoramic view of the beach! lots of room for 4 adults without us ever feeling crowded. Had a couple days of rain with a scary storm one day but plenty of sunshine otherwise. New condo going up next door but could not hear any construction unless you were on the beach. Can't wait to go back and I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!!

We had a great time at Royal Palms 1105! My husband, myself and two boys stayed the week. Condo is clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need! Owners are wonderful and easy to reach answering all questions! Property is very well maintained. We will be back for sure!

This condo is beautiful and in the best location! No other condo on the left side makes it nice and less crowded feeling. Beautiful view of the pier. Will stay again! Belva was very good at communicating with me reaching out several times and was very friendly and welcoming!
