Best First Tier House - Located in beautiful Morgantown

  • The Conch Inn is a well-appointed and furnished beach house vacation rental with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a bonus loft. It has two king master suites, one queen bedroom, and two twin beds in the loft. The home is located directly in front of the Morgantown community beach boardwalk.

    Beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf! The spacious living room has all leather furniture, and the fully-equipped kitchen has seated dining for 8. There are 5 TVs with satellite, a DVD player, high-speed wireless Internet, a washer & dryer, and a charcoal barbecue grill. Towels and linens are provided.

    The house is located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. You will enjoy buried utilities, two swimming pools, two lit tennis courts, and a gorgeous beach.


    For golfers in the group, the world-famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club is less than a mile away. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world-class.

This is the best house you can stay in if you visit gulf shores!Beach boardwalk across the street, they had beach chairs, beach towels, everything you need for a beach stay. The beautiful handicap accessible pool was 3 blocks away.The house was clean, just perfect, with beautiful beach breeze and views.

The beach house was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable! There were plenty of kitchen items and kids’ items for the beach! The owners were very responsive.

The location is perfect! A view of the beach, where you can hear the waves, and a very short walk down the boardwalk to the sand! The bedroom layout was perfect for our family with plenty of room. We loved sitting on the deck relaxing as well!

Relaxing beach vacation

Our stay at Conch Inn was delightful, and my entire family had a great time. The house has a very functional layout, and is provides a good mix of private areas and gathering areas. The view from the front decks was excellent, and the beach was so close!

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed our stay at the Conch Inn at Morgantown Fort Morgan. There was plenty of space for us to spread out when needed and to come together for meals. The house had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable. And its super close to the beach.

Great time!

We just returned from our stay at Conch Inn. We had a GREAT time! The house was super clean and comfy. The view was amazing. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach! Would definitely come back!

Spring Break

We loved our stay at this house. It has great view and an easy walk to the beach. Morgantown was so peaceful and quiet. The boys enjoyed the pool, playing pickleball, and shore fishing. It’s a short drive into Gulf Shores for dining etc.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac and direct access to the beach from the walking bridge. Great location and set-up for a family & friends location. Worth every penny.

This house was perfect and in a perfect spot! We were there with our daughter, son inlaw and grandson and loved that the walk to the beach was literally steps out the door. Were happy that the beach was not overcrowded other than the weekend and the neighborhood was quiet. The pools were nice. The house has everything you need other than your paper products. The kitchen was well stocked and had some spices, sugar and other things left behind by others. The beds were comfy but if you like sleeping in the daylight comes through pretty bright. The hosts were amazing and answered my questions in a very timely manner. They have dish TV in the house so if you have little ones to watch cartoons or like me need tv at night! The pictures are exactly what the house looks like which sometimes doesn't happen. They also had some sand toys, boogie boards and chairs for use. All in all we would definitely stay here again it was a great vacation!
