The room was perfect other than a few minor inconveniences from our perspective. Starting with the PROs; we had 4 kids and its was absolutely perfect to walk in & out from the beach and pool as we needed without waiting for an elevator, the ice maker was nice as well as the layout of the unit, bedrooms in one half and living room/kitchen in other half. The staff were incredibly nice & responsive. The oven was locked when we went to cook dinner on day 2 & they gave us a code to the unit upstairs until they sent someone to fix it. They included a box fan and that was great to have for noise during naps/bedtime. The CONS are purely our perspective and could be considered trivial to some they include, the water heater being somewhat small, the transitions into the kitchen weren’t attached to the ground and they got kicked all day/everyday which was annoying. We wish this complex would’ve had shuffleboard. Overall we loved this vacation and would definitely book again at this specific unit!

Host was welcoming and very informative. The condo was very nice especially for the price point of our stay. However there were multiple downsides to our trip. Multiple electrical outlets in the master bedroom and the only outlet in the master bathroom weren't operational. This unit is on the first floor and the sliding glass door did not lock. This was noticed immediately Saturday morning and while the host was notified, no one came out to fix it. We were there until Monday morning. Yes thankfully there was a piece of wood to place in the track of the door but what if that wood wasn't there and something happened? I felt the cleanliness was not as great as it has been in other beach stays (I do understand it is hard to remove sand) but I have stayed in locations that were pristine. I guess my expectations were a little high. Third and the most minor inconvenience, was the rickety headboard in the master bedroom. You couldn't shift your leg or breathe too hard without the headboard banging against the wall (a pillow in between the wall and headboard was sufficient). Overall, if these issues were remedied I would be happy to stay there again.

We (3 of us - my husband, me, and our daughter) stayed, and there was plenty of room for all of us! In the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed with a twin top and a full bottom, and another twin across the room. The master has a king bed with plenty of walking room, so there's ample space for a pack-and-play or a bassinet. The master had a soaker tub inside with jets, but once you fill it up, you will feel the water turning lukewarm, so tip: run all the hot water first; the hot water takes only about 30 minutes to heat back up. The guest bathroom is not a soaker tub, but it is still big enough for my 9-year-old to play in. Washer and Dryer are stacked - small but powerful little booger! Great for washing beachwear while you're at lunch, and having it done for afternoon beach time! The living room has a three-seater couch and two recliners - A on the decor by the way! There were some books and other small things the host provided, just the sprinkles on the ice cream for us. So even though you are at the beach and you're on vacation - HELLO to the kitchen, it is really a baker's dream, everything was so handy and clean. Industrial style fridge! The back patio is great, but the view is to die for! The personal access to the pool we loved! The private access to the beach - a mermaid's fantasy! The condos do have a pay-to-park fee, but honestly, it was worth it - the staff was so helpful! It was very safe and clean! 10/10 Recommend!

Beach Trip

This ground floor unit was great. Easy access to pool and beach. Very spacious. Guests above us were loud a couple of nights but other than that our stay was very enjoyable. Washer/dryer closet was tight - no extra room.

Great place

Easy access to outside pools and beach. Very easy to load or unload to condo. If other renters is staying in the above floor you do hear them some, but it was no problem. Would be great for 2 families to rent the upper and lower condo at same time due to the stairs inside condo. The bed is little stiff so bring extra pillows. Overall great time!

Great condo!

Being located on the first floor was great. The balcony is huge and has a private gate to access the pool and beach. The whole place was clean and quiet. The matress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We had a great time. Highly recommend.
