Both balcony views were absolutely stunning. Condo was well equipped with everything you need to give you peace of mind. Even included beach equipment which was an extra perk. Location was great, would highly recommend.

Perfect for us

Only 3 of us. We had more room than we needed but that’s just more room to relax. Balcony was worth everything and I cannot stress that enough. Rooms were clean and location although not on the beach was close enough. Looking forward to our next stay at that location. It was our first experience at Gulf Shores and we will be back.

Just right for us and our adult kids!

Very spacious and great views. Easy walk to beach and lovely pool. Having to pay separate for parking is annoying, especially since you have to track down the guy to get them.

It was okay

Beautiful location and condo . Just wish they had out better information about the parking and the tags . We thought what we paid went with the parking . It in fact did not . We were told that we had to buy them and for two cars $70 and they only had take cash . So make sure you have that handy cause the store isn’t close by to draw out any money .

Nice condo

The condo was nice and clean. The Kitchen was well stocked with a kettle, French press, Tupperware, crockpot, and much more. We cooked daily and needed nothing. We even had two beach chairs and umbrella, even though they said no beach gear was supplied. A nice surprise. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space for everyone! The balcony is large and very nice. What we did not like is that the pictures look beach front and even says “deeded beach access”, however, the angle of the pictures make it hard to see a very busy road separates the condo from the beach side and it is a little walk down to the left to get to the public beach access. Certainly isn’t a boardwalk that grants access for the condo stayers. Which maybe I was wrong to assume. The bedroom that has a balcony is VERY hot. Even with the curtain closed. We tried adjusting fans, but they stayed on the same speed. Thankfully there was a small fan in the bunk bed room to put in there. The other major issue was the pungent smell in the hallway coming from the hot water heater. It was horrible. The biggest issue, which thankfully was addressed within 30 minutes of us discovering it and calling. We were in our condo a full 24 hours before realizing the main door was not locking behind us. Our 3 year old could just push the door open and run out on the balcony. There was no additional locks from the inside. The pool was nice but warm and the hot tub had no jets and honestly felt cooler than the pool. LOL

Beautiful place with a great view!

This condo was perfect for the 6 of us! You have the view of the Gulf out one window and the bay out the other. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items you could need. We would definitely come back!! Only downfall was my husband and son were loading the vehicle around 9:30 and got locked out of the condo. Luckily the rest of us was inside. I don't think the code should deactivate until check out time. And my husband left his sunglasses and when we went back to look for them housekeeping was there and didn't speak English so he couldn't explain to them what he left. Sunglasses weren't found.

Couple of small thing like door locks out to the balcony from both living room and master bathroom dont lock/work . Stove cook top has same heat stain . Garbage disposal does not work . But other then that it was excellent. Will come back

Great condo..questionable property staff

The unit we rented was beautiful and as advertised. We really just had a couple of issues. The first was that the parking passes were $25 each instead of the advertised $20. They also only accepted cash which would have been helpful to know. The gentleman in the office was actually a bit rude in how he handled that and quite honestly we felt taken advantage of. It was only a couple of dollars but the way it was handled felt off like this guy pockets $5 off every visitor. I will say that we initially had a water pressure issue and it was handled efficiently. There was a lot of maintenance and upgrades (new lighting) going on in the building and that was fine except there was only ever one working elevator and it honestly seemed that should be a bigger priority. But maybe the new lights will help when the working elevator stops…since we had to walk all the way up the stairs with only the light from our cell phones. Overall, the actual unit was great but the building itself needs TLC.
