  • Gracias por visiten nuestra Royale Palms unidad # 904 en las costas del Golfo ti. Poseemos y administramos todos nuestros condominios y disfrutamos ayudando a nuestros huéspedes a tener una maravillosa experiencia de vacaciones en la playa.

    Esta unidad es una unidad frontal del Golfo directa y se encuentra en el noveno piso. Es una unidad / 2BA 1BR con literas en el pasillo y un sofá cama. Recientemente hemos actualizado la unidad con muebles nuevos, incluyendo nuevos colchones pillow-top king size, muebles nuevos / reclinable en la sala de estar y encimeras de granito en la cocina. Está decorado con muy buen gusto y bien mantenido. El balcón está equipado con una mesa y cuatro sillas junto con una silla de salón. Royal Palms se encuentra al lado del parque de estado del Golfo y sólo un corto paseo hasta el muelle.

    Nos poseer y operar varias propiedades y tienen un gran número de repetición de clientes y referencias. Esto debido principalmente a nuestra atención al detalle y la atención al cliente que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes. Tenemos una gran limpieza y personal de mantenimiento que asegure su estancia en cualquiera de nuestras unidades.

Great space for our family. Views from the balcony are spectacular. Appreciated the decrease in crowds with the State Park nearby. Host was great with Communication before and during stay.

Wonderful stay

The unit was exactly as described. The beds were so soft! The bunkbeds were larger than I expected, and the kids loved them. The beach toys, chairs, and umbrella were a wonderful bonus. Would definitely stay again!

The property is located in a quiet section of the beach, which was great. The condo itself is just okay. The decor is minimal, and the bathrooms extremely small. A high top table on the balcony would have been great so we could have seen over the railing while enjoying drinks and dinner. Communication with Jason was excellent. He offered a great deal of helpful information and was quick to respond to questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I could not rate this experience higher. We received a fair price, had excellent communication, even received recommendations of things to do on our stay! The room was clean and exactly what we expected it to be. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The beach is perfect and the balcony view is amazing. The condo was spotless and clearly very well cared for. The king bed was super comfortable and the towels were soft. We definitely enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and hot tub during our stay! We will stay here again!

It was awful, for the amount of money it cost to stay there should have been excellent. Coffee pot only worked one day, bedroom was way to small you could barely get between the chest and bed. Toilet in hall bathroom stopped up, I could go on and on. We would never book here again. Other than that we had a great time!!

Perfect location!

This is an adorable unit for a small family. The location feels private, while still being close to the action. The bunks are just the right size for younger children and having two bathrooms is a huge plus! I can't say enough nice things about Jason. He is super responsive and kind!

Nice and quiet, great views from balcony (9th floor), beautiful beach with a non-stop, wild dolphin show, clean condo, close to about everything you'd need, right next to Gulf Shores State Park pier (easy walking distance), good communication with host. Will definitly use again when I return.Very fairly priced too.

Quick unexpected spring break trip

We had the absolute best time staying in Royal Palms! Check in was quick and easy. The condo is located right on the beach, with an indoor pool and hot tub for rainy days. We will definitely be coming back!

Great vacation

Loved being able to wake up and sit on balcony to watch and listen to the waves. So convenient to be right on the beach! Would stay here again. Owners were always available for answering questions on places to eat and things to do.

Our Escape

We had a very nice, quiet stay. It was super relaxing, great location to walk to many places along the beachfront within a mile. Beach area and property area both were very clean. Can’t wait until our next visit!
