  • Welcome to Island Royale 503 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front condo is located on the 5th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. Follow us on FB "Gulf Shores By Owner."

    The oversized private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from BOTH the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

    Perfect for sunrise coffee, dolphin watching, and spectacular sunsets.

What an amazing place to stay!!

This was a great getaway! Everything I needed was there! It was well furnished and felt like “home!” Great views of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony! Excellent service from Jason with recommendations! I will be back!!

Overall condo was as advertised. View from 5th fl was beautiful. We were able to meet our host Jason. He was very nice and helpful with local info. Will definitely be looking to book here on a return trip.

Excellent Stay!

We loved our condo! It was just the right size, clean, easy beach access, and loved it! Everyone was nice and the owners were great! They sent us great places to go and eat and do things at. My family and I will definitely be coming back and staying here again!

We stayed 2 months in 503 at Island Royale and enjoyed every day.

503 at the Island Royale was perfect for us we have stayed there several years now and really like it much work has been done and many updates easy access to the beach and lots of parking a great place to vacation in the winter time.

Great Condo, Great View!

Condo was wonderful in all aspects. Gulf front, very welcoming, with a great view of the gulf. Very short walk to the beach & water. In the heart of all the fun, shops & restaurant/bars. Would definitely stay there again!

Fun at the beach

Beautiful Condo facing the Gulf of Mexico. Owners answers texts immediately ..easy check in and out..Jason and Sonya are great. Swimming pool and hot tubs..walk on gulf..plenty of rental chairs and umbrellas..fun and relaxing it is a great Life!

Best Rental ever!

Everything about this condo was perfect. Super easy check in. Location right on the beach with a phenomenal view from both the master bedroom and living room. VERY clean and it had every convenience of home available for use. I highly recommend for a family or couple.
