Location!

Perfect location. Perfect space. Ideal host. We enjoyed it so much we booked again for same time next year. Kathryn was great helping us check-in, communicating while we were there and even checking on how our DD's volleyball went. Our friends booked another unit in this complex after seeing and hearing about ours. Thank you for a great experience all around and being a great host. See you next year!

Fantastic Property with Amazing Location

Everything about this property was wonderful! The location can’t be beat! It’s on the beach and walking distance to a lot of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The property was very clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking, comfortable beds, great balcony overlooking the ocean. The host/owner was super responsive before and during our stay.

Wonderful condo! Prime location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beautiful view of the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Communication with owner was great. Will definitely be staying here when visiting Gulf Shores next. Highly recommend.

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. All pictures reflect 100% accuracy of the property. The view was immaculate sun up to sun down! The host was very kind and reachable during entire process. I would recommend this property.

Excellent experience!

It's always a gamble when booking a stay online . Is it really the location as advertised? Is it really as it appears in the pictures? This property is just as it appears! Right on the beach! Great views! Nicely decorated! Great rate especially for the location!! Excellent communication with the owner! We would definitely recommend and return ourselves in the future!

Great condo, great view!

The condo is very nicely decorated with comfy beds and everything you need. The balcony view is outstanding. We recommend the parking pass as you'd have to cross a busy road if you don't. Katherine was quick to respond. Very relaxing stay, thank you!

Beautiful view

View was beautiful. Condo is a little small , but we were fine I had to clean tubs before we could take baths, and wipe out frig. Something Red was spilled in it and not wiped. Tubs were very dirty with mold behind shower curtains. I dont blame owner for cleanliness, but her cleaning crew are taking her for a ride. Katherine was great and. Very understanding. We would stay again in this condo. Thanks Cheryl Copeland & Family

Nice little condo

We stayed here for my moms 50th birthday. The condo was nice with great views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Parking was the only issue. They only allow one car to park on site. There is public parking across the street however it is not free. Thankfully, the we got off with a warning parking ticket. An actual parking ticket cost as much as the one parking pass to park on site of the condo.

Pictures Not Always Accurate

First of all, we never received the code for the front door. We had to reach out to the owner to get the code when we were in the parking lot of the condo. Secondly, the pictures online looked amazing. The actual property is a very dated, older condo. The ceilings are super low, popcorn, with big black spots poking through the paint. The king bed is in the guest room and there is a smaller bed in the master where the view is best. Finally, the cleanliness was awful. There were spills in the freezer and fridge. The oven was filthy. There was sand all over the floors. There was dog hair on the sheets. The coffee table had dust all over the bottom shelf. I dropped a cap to a bottle and moved the bedside table, there were dirty toothpicks underneath the table. There is a big mop bucket with dirty mop behind a bedside table in the guest room. There was mold and mildew in the tubs, especially in and around the faucets and hot and cold water adjusters. The coffee pot was filthy too. In my opinion, this condo needs a remodel and a DEEP clean. I didn't even want to shower there. The positives were that I had what I needed to cook-decent pots and pans and the beach was very close. I can get over the older building, but not the failure to properly clean the unit between users.
