The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Comfy beds and extra pillows. Big bathrooms. Blackout curtains, and clear windows that keep out a lot of noise. AC was cold! It was very clean and furniture in good condition. The covered porches are *chef’s kiss*! Comfy, solid deck furniture. Great for dolphin watching with a morning cup of coffee. On one side of the house there is public beach access. So you will constantly have people walking by. A couple houses east there is another public access point and a small beach rental company for umbrellas, chairs, etc. Because of this, everyone and their dog (ok not really the dog) set up on the beach in front of the house. Not terrible if you’re an extrovert, but definitely not your jam if you’re looking for more privacy. The house could use a little more stocking- a couple more cutting boards, cooking utensils like a pasta spoon, a metal colander (not plastic). You will need to bring all your basics: foil, cooking oil, plastic baggies, beach towels, Tupperware, salt and pepper, all purpose cleaner, etc. I know this isn’t always included in other homes, but it is nice to not have to bring everything. We also experienced the frequently beeping of the alarm system and weak internet (they need signal extenders). One of the deck chairs was broken as well as the coffee pot. The grill is unusable as it is completed rusted out and deteriorating. We notified Liquid Life and they were helpful!
